I don't think that she was being overly cautious about getting caught. But, I do think he was surprised at first. It seems that he could have possibly thought she had left at that point She was dressed and they were downstairs in his office prior to the shower attack.
She obviously at some point loaded up the car, and so had to leave the house. I find it believable that he thought she had been on her merry way and he went to take a shower. And then, she pops up in the bathroom, taking pictures.
I think she obviously knew he would notice, and maybe even get a little pissed off about it. This would've been after she had found out that he was still going to Cancun with another woman. I'm sure there were some kind of words between them, such that Travis would've been annoyed at her turning up in his bathroom, and of course such that Jodi was driven to kill him.
On a side note, did I read that Jodi said they had sex in the office, downstairs, and then she went to clean herself off in the downstairs bathroom?
This chick was going to drive to Utah to hook up with another man and she never showered after the second time they had sex? Did she shower at all? I haven't heard, but i'm doubtful as someone with hair as long as Jodi's (mine is longer) it would've take some time to dry if she didn't use a hair dryer. I just can't see her having the time between sexing and murdering.

It is essentially hijacking the browser. Like, say I was reading this page, if I hit the down arrow or drag the sidebar down, iminent.com would pop up in 3 separate windows; while I wasn't doing anything except trying to read/scroll.

NCBlonde, the same thing was happening to me with the iminent pop ups. As soon as I would get one of the windows closed, two or three more would pop up in it's place. I couldn't even read a message without it happening. I did in depth scans on my system, and deleted the version of Mozilla that I had. Then I switched to explorer, and that automatically blocks the pop ups. But, it was SO disruptive that I nearly left the group because I was totally frustrated!
No pun intended but I can't seem to wrap my mind around how they are thinking he was shot in the head first. I guess the autopsy showed that it was a direct shot, and that his brain was already decomposed so it was hard to tell, but I was always under the impression that smaller calibers, like .22's and .25's could pick up more momentum so they can kind of bounce around the inside of the head, turning it into mush. I know there are cases where people have been shot and survived, but such a direct hit just seems like it would be incapacitating. Plus the bullet casing landed on top of blood. Meaning blood was already present when the gun was fired.
