Hey guys, sorry I have been absent a couple of days, I have been down with the flu. Ugh.
Anyways, just some random thoughts since I am behind and trying to catch-up.
Firstly, Walmart did not have the kerosene can on shelf, but a larger gas can was somewhere in the neighborhood of 16 dollars and change, so yeah, I believe the kerosene can could've been 12.99 or whatever the amount was.
I looked at Neutrogena products and not one came close to matching the "serial number" on the receipt. I was not able to talk to someone at the service desk because the wait in line was just too long. In retrospect, President's Day was probably not the best day to go there. So, I'm sorry to say I've mostly come up empty on all of that.
I am behind and have not seen any of the trial today, but I seem to be reading that Jodi conveniently doesn't remember murdering Travis. We pretty much knew it was going to go that way. She'll claim she was so traumatized by it that she blocked it out.
As for the knife, certainly the police checked the dishwasher and had it been found there, it would've been matched to the wounds. Obviously the knife was not in the dishwasher. Another lie, big surprise.
With regards to the "oh Jodi was too small to do this", bullshit. I guess those same sexist people believe we are all delicate little flowers who couldn't harm a bug. History and a brief Google search will tell you women most certainly are capable. But, I suppose there are no female cops, firefighters, or soldiers, right?
There are plenty of women in our armed services who are Jodis height/weight and smaller, who are completely capable. And I am not talking "hulk women". You don't have to be a body builder or anything of that sort. Adrenaline is a big equalizer when it comes to someone who is in a rage, male or female.
But again, that's just sexism being used in desperation to try and rationalize why a woman can't do what Jodi did, because they think Jodi is "hot". I wonder if Jodi was butt-ugly, would the same people be claiming she was a poor innocent helpless little girl? I bet not.
People like that are not even worth the time. It's like women who go crazy for Scott Peterson -- who murdered his wife and unborn child. He can't possibly be guilty because he's attractive. It's time to put that little piece of bs to rest for good. If you think a murderer is "hot" good for you I guess. But being "hot" doesn't make one incapable of murder.
From personal experience, I can tell you about a girl I know who was stalking a friend of mine. She was barely more than 5 feet tall and probably 100 pounds soaking wet. One time we were all out at a bar in a group of friends when this chick showed up and started going off. It took TWO big, burly bouncers to restrain this woman until the police came. So yeah, don't bullshit me. Jodi was more than capable.
If you believe Jodi to be an innocent bystander, then you are telling me that someone else killed him and then forced Jodi to drag Travis' body while the "real killer" took pictures. Yeah, sure.
We know she was dragging the body because there is photographic evidence.
