No, it's actually very likely that he would own a gun in Arizona. There's a lot crime there, some coming up from Mexico where people are kidnapped & held for ransom.

It's pretty unlikely, though, than Travis owned a .25 ACP gun IMO.

Dave Hall I can say with 100% certainty that Travis did not own a gun. Because I went shooting guns with him all the time and he always borrowed mine. I was at his house one week before he was murdered and he would have told me if he bought a gun
