This. She also clearly went against the ME's testimony of the trajectory of the bullet wound. It was shot at him FROM ABOVE. She's claiming he was standing with his arms around her when it "accidentally" went off. That doesn't even remotely match the ME's testimony. She's so dumb, and so is Nurmi

To use the "abused woman defense" doesn't she need to have shown a history of actual physical abuse? Where she had a reasonable fear of being physically harmed? Police reports, doctor exams, hospital visits, friends saying they saw bruises, something? He never seriously hurt her and all of a sudden she thinks he is going to kill her to the point where she slaughter him?

She'd definitely have the wind knocked out of her AT THE VERY LEAST, and not have been able to immediately get up and start running. It just doesn't make sense. She'd have been better off saying he did that and then went to get his gun and she somehow wrestled it out of his hands. For having almost 5 years to come up with something, her story has disappointed me.

Jodi also claimed to be crouching at the time she dropped the camera. Did she not say that it landed on the bathroom mat?

I doubt that would have really hurt Travis' camera. If she was crouching down, it was definitely lower than when Juan Martinez dropped it onto the courtroom floor. (Man, I hope he pulls some more sweet stuff like that on Cross. haha)
