If she had the camera on Full Auto the flash would make the picture more white. the picture is too yellow for full auto with the flash going off.

I don't think we're talking about the same photos. The ones with flash are definitely white, the ones without are very yellow. That's one obvious difference, flash vs. non-flash...another is the way a flash creates shadows (as MissBjork described and showed).

I have experience watching the glare from the Elmo. that doesn't make either of us experts in anything when looking at a copy of a copy of a copy on an Elmos.
I'd have to disagree respectfully on "trust". I don't 'have' to 'trust' anyone and wouldnt espcially when I know we are only looking at 4 or 5th generation copies.

I don't think we disagree...I didn't mean you "have to trust" anyone, I meant you have to either rely on your own experience/knowledge, or lacking your own experience/knowledge, decide whether to trust others' experience/knowledge. Meaning, you may also choose NOT to trust anyone else's experience/knowledge. Sorry I wasn't clear there.

I don't mind anyone disagreeing with me. I too have experience with personally seeing images displayed in a courtroom, on an Elmo, flash vs. non-flash, etc. and I've just stated what I think based on that and my experience as a photographer. I never said I was an expert :) just a professional with experience.

Ever heard of a firefighter CANDIDATE PHYSICAL ABILITY TEST (CPAT)?

Candidates wear 40/50 lb. vests while performing these tasks.

The rescue dummy drag involves pulling a 150 lb. to 175 lb. rescue dummy 25 to 35 feet, turning and pulling it another 25/35 feet.

So every time you see a female firefighter, that's one more woman who could have dragged Travis 15 feet on a floor lubricated with his blood.

In this very sad picture, you can clearly see blood splatter around his neck slash that ONLY coincides with a gun shot in which means, she had to have shot in him in the face after the throat slash. I hope JM brings this up!

Why couldn't the spatter have been there before the neck? After the neck, there would be little blood in his head to spatter, imo. Looking at the close up of the bullet shell, if the blood was wet, the casing would have been stuck and have dried blood all over at least the bottom of it. In the picture, it looks like it landed on the dried blood later. Just going by the pics.

I have seen a lot of discussion about whether or not Jodi has the ability to do this crime on her own. I swear that I saw a bio she had somewhere where she listed martial arts as one of her interests. She dabbled in it with Matt McCartney and Travis followed mixed martial arts. And, she tends to do whatever her love interest is doing to get with them. So, isn't it possible that she knew some kind of technique that could incapacitate him, enabling her to begin her stabfest? And, the pent up rage just fueled her adrenaline?

BUT, she didn't have to drag him 15 ft! That hall is only 11 ft stud to stud! if his body is laying on the floor dying or dead, he is taking up 5'9" MORE if arms are over head.
That leaves only one body length left needed to drag him!

N, you're right. It was found on a pool of blood with no blood spatter on it. So it had to have come last.

So we've already determined that she hacked his email, would read his text messages, and hack his phone/bank accounts etc. Who's to say she didn't send this "text message" to herself from Travis' phone when she had it in her possession?? If you look at the next text, it says "Wow, is that a painting or photograph?" Uhhhh, whaaa? That has NOTHING to do with what "he" was allegedly saying. I'm thinking she texted this herself to her own phone, deleted it from Travis' "sent" messages, and he was none the wiser.

Not sure what purpose that would serve for her???

She brought the knife with her. It's a nice restaurant knife that is really sharp. Her dad gave it to her with plates and silverware when his restaurant closed. The gun came from Matt. The duct tape was used to tape the knife and gun to the underside of the counter top of the bathroom vanity. She snagged that tape when she entered through the garage. She said she met Matt at a restaurant, but slipped up when she said she called Matt to see if she left her charger at his house. Where was the duct tape recovered? Maybe the tape was used to cover Jodi's mouth during her bondage play to keep her quiet for a change.

I'm combing my notes for inconsistencies and comparisons. On Jan. 16, a jurors had a question for Det. Flores. The question was whether there was a knife missing from any sets in the house. Flores said no. Yesterday, Arias said Alexander used a knife from a block in the kitchen to cut the alleged cord for her wrists. He was in the master bathroom when he used the knife, and either left the knife there or on the nightstand. Does this mean Arias put the knife back after killing Alexander or is she lying?
