That thought crossed my mind after watching her today. At one point, she sighed loud. Reminded me of Kurt Cobain on Mtv's Unplugged.
I think it's worse than that. She planned to commit suicide when she was having financial trouble perhaps before, or during but certainly after the breakup with TA. This wasn't her meltdown, this was her ceremony. If she was gonna go out, she was gonna go out BIG. But I think her ego took over and prevented her at any given time. Now she's just along for the ride, and I'm sure some small part of her hopes to get a light sentence, let alone walk free on a technicality.

Easy, she suprised him with the knife when he was in the shower. He wasn't mortally injured yet but then Jodi went berzerker barrage on him, he was on his hands and knees, slashed his throat from behind, then according to the angle of the bullet entering the skull and embedding in the cheek, she shot him while he was below her and she did all this in consistency with HER BEING LEFT HANDED. He lost about 7 to 10 lbs of fluid and if you drag dead weight around, you can lumber half of someone weighing 300 lbs because you will be reducing your workload down to about half or more given the environment. Plausible, feasible, and most importantly, admitted.

Thanks for the explanation on the body I was wondering about that. What I was trying to get at though, is how she took him down if he went for her first, which is her story. I understand she would of surprised him first and wounded him greatly but since she's saying self defence, how is she going to explain that away?

He just had tons of dirty nookie, buttsecks, and supposedly got his blood boiled about some hard drive, so he was somewhat glowing. he goes to take a shower and it is completely closed quarters if she went batshit psycho from the get-go. She's also sticking a camera in his face and getting him to look elsewhere. all it takes is a shot between the ribs and you can put anyone down. His defenses weren't raised. He was prime for the kill and frankly, she felt like she had nothing to lose. All she had to do was fasten one quick lunge or just get close to him and slide it in between his ribs in their embrace. It wouldn't have been hard at all.
Everytime she eludes to rape I can't help but think about the part of the "Phone sex" recording where she tells him "I like to be HAND-LED". That means you want it rough last time I checked.
Some of the photos did have flash. You can see the water droplets casting a shadow on his back. IMO flash is often horrible to use for portraits of people. I guess I'm in the minority but I think the shower pics are alright and I like that kind of lighting better than the glare of a flash.
Of course if she were actually plotting the murder at this point the pics would have been just a guise anyway while she waited for the perfect opportunity to start attacking. That's why I think he agreed to the photos. He thinks she's taking his pic out of admiration, while she's really using it as an excuse to stand there while he's defenseless in the shower and at the right opportunity she can pull out the weapon and go to it while he is vulnerable.
When I was 16 years old I worked in a nursing home lugging bed ridden old people, who were twice my size, all over the place. They were absolute dead weight and unable to assist in moving. Dragging a wet person over a tile floor is a simple task. The wounds on his heels were probably from being dragged.
I don't think she accidentally dropped the camera either. I think she threw it. I think she was building her rage during the shower. She was only going through the motions of taking pictures. She was boiling over during the shower. She was angry that he banged her and then expected her to leave. He probably said something like don't you need to get going on that trip. She needed more attention and adoration. She wasn't going on the trip, he was improving his body for someone else and now that he had a new camera, he didn't need her for photos anymore. He was done with her emotionally and she knew it. Even the personal photos they took together don't look like a couple having a good time.
She claims he used sex to de-stress. I'm thinking it was the other way around. I think Jodi is so mentally defective, that sex for her means love. She required lots of attention and lots of sex. She needed her ego stroked and it wasn't happening. All the behaviors she describes about Travis, is simply her projecting her own behavior on to him. He probably had to go along with whatever sexual activities she wanted so he could get her satisfied and out of his house. She was so empty inside with the cancun trip, his dating and her financial ruin that there wasn't enough sex to fill her up.
that's another thing I was thinking about earlier last week. everything she is doing somes down to her painting TA in whatever will work for her. But at the end of the day, it comes down to 2 simple words. INVITED BEHAVIOR. And it's a 2 way street. You can't tell me TA didn't have a grand sense of entitlement.

This has been bothering me since it was revealed earlier but when he mentioned betrayal what could this mean?
I'm guessing that he cared about her to some degree, heck after she acts like a sociopath and does things that quite obviously pisses him off he still lets her into his home and sleeps in the same bed as her.
