She didn't want to be pulled over. The car smells of smoke-objection from state. Jodi told Dumbo that she didn't want the red color car. Eventually he gave her another car. Hair color- (Nurmi is showing the Jodi and dog picture) her hair was the same color as the dog picture when she rented the car.
After the car rental-She ended up with a Ford Focus. White. Jodi went to her brother's house and took a nap. She got on the road late morning. Jodi had NO gun or knife. She had a cell phone. Jodi had a charger. She was suppose to met Gus, but she didn't make it. She pulled over and took a nap. Jodi went to San Cruz and met Matt. Jodi spoke to Travis the early morning of the 2nd. Subject matter-they talked about somebody that passed away (Gorden hinkely). No phone sex. Jodi met Matt and his friend. They met at a bar. The Red Room. Then they went to a karakoe bar. They were just friends. She followed them back to an apartment. Jodi stayed the night.
Banking- WM- Jodi had a personal and business checking account. Jodi's business made no money so she borrowed money from one account to another. Plus, she was writing off for taxes. Jodi was planning to use debit during the trip. She did have 100 in cash, wait maybe 160.
Jodi went to Darryl's (OG's) apartment the next morning. Jodi ate with them. She was there 1/2 hour. This is on the 3rd. Jodi borrowed his gas cans. 2 of them. Why? Gas is expensive, so she was getting cheaper in one place to fill her car up (yeah, that's what I said too) Jodi had no plans to go to Mesa at that point. Jodi was planning on going to Selanist (sp?). She wanted her nails done. She went. She drove to Pasadena. Going to see OGs sister's baby. (Jodi just said she didn't sleep last night and her memory is shot. State object) Jodi did not meet up with Darryl's sister. Sister didn't return her call. Laura is OG's sister. Jodi changed her mind about San Diego. Jodi starts heading towards Utah. Before she left, she filled up her gas cans and got Starbucks. Jodi noticed skaters around her car laughing. (liar, liar)
She told Ryan she was on her way. She had talked to Travis during this time. Jodi knows Travis wanted her to come see him. They spoke on the phone the 2nd and 3rd. Why did you not go to Utah? The last time I called Travis he was very sweet. He wanted her to come. He had babytalk. Jodi said "all right. I'm going" Jodi called Ryan and said she was cutting her phone off b/c the battery. Travis knew Jodi was coming. Jodi couldn't find her cell charger. Jodi didn't have a gun nor knife. Her hair was alburn brown. She didn't dye her hair along the way.
FINALLY
Travis told her he would wait up. Her gas went fast by the way she was driving. She stopped for gas twice. She arrived around 4ish. She parked it in the same spot she always parked at. She doesn't remember if there were other cars (yeah) She went into the side entrance. She bought a suitcase, laptop, purse, and backpack. She thinks Travis came outside and got all her stuff. She always entered that way at night b/c she didn't have a key-and he locks the front door. She always came and went. She just walked in.
Travis did not greet her at the door. After she left the laundry room and Travis was in the office. He was watching music videos on youtube. He didn't see Jodi (wow, creepy)
Jodi didn't shot or stab him. Jodi thought he was cute at the computer (long story) the dog barked. Travis came to greet her. He kissed her. The kiss was warm. Maybe sexual. She doesn't recall if he wanted sex at that moment. Travis wanted to show her youtube videos. Then he wanted to show her his new punching bag in the living room. Travis was punching it-showing it off. It might have crossed the back of her mind that it was scary (stupid)
Travis is very strong. Jodi wanted to go to sleep. Travis wanted to have sex. Jodi was tired. They slept in the same room. Jodi asked after they went in the bedroom who was home. (HAHA BINGO) There was somebody else home. They went to sleep around 5-5:30. Jodi woke up first. 12-12:30. She laid there awhile while he was still asleep. Jodi didn't shoot or stab him (I think they are fixing to say Travis bought the gun and knife) Travis woke up at 1:00.
Jodi was awake about 20-30 minutes before Travis woke up. She just laid there. Maybe went to the bathroom. They started having sex when he woke up.
She knew they were going to have sex before she made it there to Mesa. Jodi says she wasn't sleeping with anybody else at this time.

Because I would NEVER admit guilt to something I did not do. I cannot fathom a reason anyone would. Especially if she knew who the "ninja's" were. If she didn't know them, more than likely they didn't know her. Being scared means nothing to me when the cops are already involved. If she was really threatened or her family was threatened the cops were already involved... Ask for protection from the cops for her family.
First story wasn't believable because there was evidence she was there. Second story isn't believeable because there was NO evidence anyone else was there.
I am definitely convinced, from all the evidence stacked up against her, including now her own testimony.

I think she just contradicted herself. I haven't checked, but in the 48 Hours appearance, I vaguely recall that she called Travis on impulse after leaving L.A. on U.S. 10, and suggested that she drop by and he said O.K. She did not allude to any prearrangement to come to Mesa on the way to Salt Lake.
