IM BACK! Took awhile to catch up with life and the thread. Many bust-a-gut moments of spontaneous creation on the thread were a slight but welcomed distraction. I gotta say from what I have seen is Jodi has an intense hatred for any authority figure that she cannot benefit from. I would advice JM to play his cards close to his chest. Only get 'heated' when directed away from Jodi. Otherwise it would sem to go less than nowhere. He could easily incite her so long as he is calm and simply uses THE EVIDENCE. Sorry, but it's still disgusting to me. They're prepping all this detail for when the experts come up to testify. I am super pissed that it's SO obvious she was not abused and they're hitting every little detail to get in as much 'support' as possible--- when none of it is true. There hasn't been enough evidence stating Travis was begging for her to stick around or come back to him. THAT is key to characteristics of an abusive relationship. I will be fuming when the experts come up and say she is displaying classic behavior for a battered woman.

They were showing obvious signs of relief when they were dismissed for the day. I'm not quite sure why the defense wouldn't pick up on this and speed things up. Or at least switch up the technique if they feel the need to get all of this nonsense in.
