I agree with you that it all adds up to premeditation, over the course of weeks. I thought you meant there was evidence that she formed her plan/premeditation while at Travis's house.

This is in response to wasthinking ... I can't find the receipts for these items, but I bought them both just recently:

Usually I have a zillion receipts in my wallet but cleaned it out the other day.

My guess from the price is tanning lotion or possibly makeup. I'm basing my guesses on the experience I've had working in Health & Beauty.

I have to share this only because it shows what this case has done to my brain! Im at work today (I work at a homeless shelter, many types of mental illness) and a new guest is outside with all of her clothes scattered around. So I go out and ask her what is going on...so starting with her day yesterday she goes into this long story and she is throwing in all of these details like "well, I had to my cup on the shelf, you know it's the cup that I use to rinse after I brush my teeth and um...it fell and then this woman was singing in the bathroom etc... As she is going through all of this the only thought I had was
"Shut the fuck up Jodi!!!" I snickered out loud!!

This is all such bullshit. She planned it, she acted suspicious and weird afterwards...then following the odd behavior was a pile of lies. I understand the concept of "innocent until proven guilty" -- but IMO, this should've been an open-and-shut case. But unfortunately, I don't run the world.

This tells me it is definately Neutrogena company (first six digits) are the same aka Mfg code. Unfortunately, that indicates it is not hair dye. Can't have everything I want. lol
