I know, I thought about that. But the unbloody shell casing, on top of a large puddle of blood, is the most compelling evidence that massive blood loss happened before a gunshot.

Not to me if I was a juror. Again people were in and out of there. One juror even asked the first cop, Officer Williams what route he walked through.
Here is my hestitation to buy that theory
1. Too many people went through the place, Two roomates and cops.
2. If anything that small lands in that big of pool that is wet, why is it just sitting on top like that with no blood visiable? That suggests to me the blood was dry when the bullet landed there. Look at it, there isn't even blood leaked into the casing from that big puddle.

I think they need to prove the crime was "heinous" to get 1st degree in Arizona.
The blood all over the place shows Travis was trying to get away while he was bleeding and suffering, which make it heinous, in other words, cruel.

I've been catching up on the trial from day 1 and I was surprised to find there are a lot of easily navigable links on the Jodi is Innocent website.

Heinous / Cruel are not equal by law and the jury will be instructed on the definitions. They have their own categories IOWs it isn't Heinous AND cruel linked together.

The court has aleady ruled it as not Heinous.
Some other prongs they denied also that Juan argued and some he never argued which of course they then don't address.

The court has ruled it was cruel.

They are 'prongs' to justify the DP. The good news is, it doesn't have to be AND, the law says "OR"

In the 5:29 shot, it looks likes the left side of his lip is swollen, and there seems to be bruise to the left of his chin. (I'm talking about Travis' left - it's on the right in the photo)

What was going on in those minute+ pauses in the slide show? Was Jodi getting her weapons, or just hiding from Travis?
The photos with the flash are when his back is turned, and the orange (without flash) are when he could possibly see her.

It's great work you did with the slideshow, but is there someplace that the photos are in timestamp order without the delay?

I've been thinking about making a collagel with all the photos and times. Not sure how to do it, but will work on it.
I have the black shoe on shower rail wrong there though! it's the baseboard I now believe.

I've never thought she ran around to get any weapon, there is nothing to support that. Absolutely no footprints or blood outside the bathroom and that one beginning carpet at the end.
Socks shoes whatever, there is no way imo you could trample around that scene killing in the time frames we have and not smear footprints / blood spots further onto the carpeting.

I'm not sure a flash was used in the beginning. I've only glanced at that camera manual but it had something about auto night or low light settings. Need to go over that better. Also, mMy DIL is into photography some and has taken a few photog classes from a pro. I'm going to see if she can lend some input to the condition / variance of these photos. They are out of the country for two weeks though so I don't want to bother her until they get back and settled a little.

I was hoping the prosecution would get a camera expert that knows this Sony. Or HLN wr one of those useless talking heads would get Sony to come talk for us.

I was watching the early days of the trial, and I literally cried when they brought out the strip of carpet soaked with blood where that murderer slit T's throat. 5. Shows Jodi was not beaten, abused, or raped
6. Shows that Jodi tried to cover up the crime

And then discard the rest.
