It offends me that she is trying to put it all off on Travis, but ultimately, it has nothing to do with this trial. Jodi is a huge fool for trying to make it a focus. She is bringing so much crap upon herself. I think we all could have accepted it if she had just said, "I had lots of sex because I like it." But no, she has to try to make herself seem chaste and make Travis out to be a sexual deviant. Dumb. Really, really dumb.

Been trolling this thread like many and just felt the need to place my input and look for opions
1. it was premeditated she got gas cans so she wouldnt stop, turned off her phone so there was no signal. now look any girl traveling alone knows to make sure to have a phone close in the middle of nowhere.
2. Travis wasnt pissed she tore up his car but was upset about some brown house plants?
3. have we decided how he died? I was thinking she was taking photos to scorn him later b/c she was mad she was the side chick. he was in the shower they started verbally arguing theres a 1 plus break in photos she grabs gun/knife she shoots him first he falls and then manages to get to the sink where they struggle stabs the back(his defense wounds) (she drops the camera at some point)she jumps on his back and stab him in the chest doesnt work so end of hall slits his throat. b/c theres a lot of blood there. and the bullet casing might have been moved with her dragging his body with the sheets as well as her cleaning up the sheets and grabbing the camera with them and throwing it all in the washer.

In my youth, we would have referred to that particular anatomical feature as, "it looks like a f***ing blown-out inner tube." But with the advent of tubeless tires that particular expression has faded from the language. Perhaps we might still apply it to a description of Jodi Arias bung-hole. However, the only view of that particular part of her anatomy we've been graced with up to now is in the one picture where it is gaping wide open--ready to go on down the road.

Perhaps we could, however, could extend Travis nickname for her, (should I perhaps say 'sobriquet' in deference to Jodi's ladylike demeanor and status), and henceforth refer to Jodi Arias as "a three-hole wonder with mudflaps. A refinement on the basic model! What do you think?

.25 caliber does not necessarily tell you exactly how big the gun is. It is the size of the ammo it shoots. That is a small caliber ammunition. It most likely was a small gun but that's not always the case. I have a .22 semi automatic and a .22 rifle. Both shoot the same type and caliber of ammunition but the are completely different sizes.

If you go to that jailhouse interview with Flores where Jodi first dragged out the Ninja story, (July 16, 2008), you will hear Flores refer to Travis as a man with "no financial problems." I think he was heading off a possible story by Jodi that Travis might have been in debt to loan sharks.

As for the $200.00 check, it represented two months payments on the BMW that Travis gave her, (and she immediately trashed on the U-Haul dolly). She left it in Travis house the day she killed him. It's always been a bit mystery to me why the cops didn't use that to prove that she was there. I suppose the pictures were enough. Jodi asked about that check during one of the telephone conversations when she was fishing for information from the police before she was arrested. She wanted to know if it was going to be cashed. Flores told her no.

May it was just the fact that the .25 was the easiest one to steal and conceal from grandparents and police between the phony burglary on May 25, 2008 and the time she left for Mesa on June 2. Anyway, it could have done the job. The Medical Examiner said the .25 calibre bullet Jodi fired into Travis' forehead would have quickly incapacitated him and he would have soon died from the injury.

I'm sure the head shot would've killed him eventually, but she was under time constraints, believing the roommate to be coming home soon and needing to get on the road where she was expected in Utah. She needed to make sure that he was not found still clinging to life and could name her as his killer.

Let me explain it is not about LE. It is about JURIES. LE CAN lie and most often do. The entire point is not about what they CAN do but JURORS hearing it. MANY jurors are too stupid to tell the difference or able go the extra critical thinking step. Like the Martinez case where the jury foreman bitched about dectectives lying. That guy murdered his wife and gets only 5 yrs! So the flub being, always be aware that a jury MAY be hearing your words! and might not like them or think you were serious and get bad theories placed in their head. Heaven forbid some idiot comes out later saying well even the dectective said she couldn't do it alone.

This is why if I ever (not gonna happen!) found myself in this position I might opt for a no jury trial and just let a judge decide!!

The defence keep honing in on Travis (being a sexual deviant) calling Jodi names and in his messages often, a whore or slut, for the main I think all he was saying was that she is game for anything, and maybe occasionally he might have said it in a mean way when he was pissed with her, not a crime! Travis wasn't depraived, he was experimenting Jodi allowed him to live out some of his fantasies, everything between them in that respect was mutual and private between them. Travis was a hot blooded male with a new found sexual freedom, his private thoughts shared with her and she made them public because her jealousy.

Too much is getting taken out of context, we only ever hear about what Travis has said in his texts and I really can't wait for JM to start his cross examination.

I listened to the phone conversation Jodi had with Dectective Flores the day after Travis was found, how can anyone be that calm after the fact and offer their help?!?
