His friends have indicated he was experiencing financial problems. Not sure if we'll hear more on that or not. But there is no way in hell I think those checks are loans. Killer's getting confused. She first blabbed he got a big loan from the someone else, the Hiatts I think she said.

One of those checks as something in the memo line but I can't read it. The check they found of her's for 200.00 with May April car note I think she left there the day of the murder knowing it would never be cashed.
