At one point yesterday very end or near there, the camera was on her and her face had morphed, no other way to say it. I could not see her anywhere. It was scary. So morphed, I would swear even her bone structure was different. Gave me heebeejeebees.

I wish he could tell the jury about his interaction with Jodi where he somehow became aware that jodi was wearing a thong. He's witty quick guy and made the cute quip to her along the lines of, those aren't magic underwear. Jodi shot back to him, but there is magic in them. To me, that sums it up perfectly of who was the playa between her and Travis.I really wish Abe hadn't been watching the trial or doing all these interviews, for the sole reason that I think he could have been an awesome rebuttal witness.
I really believe Nurmi has no plans soon of getting to the murder any time soon, including next week. Think positive zee! he only has her car loaded back on the Uhaul dolly for April.

You can strip the FWD part out and edit the email, but isn't that only when you click on the original email as if to reply. If you had access to their email accounts, couldn't you simply go in ther "sent mail" inbox and determine who sent what and in what order??
That being said, and regardless of who sent who what, I am still clueless to what the hell this letter is even suppose to prove and how it helps the defense. But then again, nothing they have done IMHO has helped their case.
I unfortunatly have been in the same situation. Yes I'm fine with just being friends....no not really, but if that's all I can get from you I'll pretend and take it. My theme song wase "Use Me" by Bill Withers. I knew it, wich made me even more angry and crazy in the head because I knew better but couldn't/wouldn't stop!
Have never hurt anyone, but have been extremely angry & have said some nasty things and behaved in ways I certainly wish I hadent....and usually as soon as I had calmed down. Just saying, that's a lot of the reason I believe she planned this out & actually went through with it! Because of the next story.
I unfortunatly have more experience with people of her nature, sociopath or whatever label one wants to give it. I prefer to just call them shitty people. My family is filled with women like her & a lot of the men are shitty in one way or another. Abusive childhood, petaphiles, yadda yadda. That I know of, no murder though. Well I take that back, one of moms ex drunk ass husbands kid (ex-step brother I suppose) he & his friends beat a homeless man to death for shits & giggles....life in prison at 16....except for the one who got caught first and ratted.
Anyway on a tangent. People like Jody lie very easy & manipulate and are very very good what they do. Until you decide to call bull shit. Once you confront them & they know their caught....all emotion comes out....anger, tears. They pull out all the stops to get you to believe them & the lies become more obviouse & stupid & why would I lie & I can't believe you don't believe me. I think she's really going to lose it on cross. I absolutely think she b truely elieves she's. Got this, but when it all comes out....she's going to lose it.....maybe even just lose her mind. This shit is cake with fatt ass Nurmi.....he believes everything she says. I think that's a lot of reason why Juan isn't objecting a lot...he wants her to think he is believing her too...feel confident....cuz he knows she's going to crack under pressure.

You can see it in Travis languid pose in that first picture of him on the bed with his privates showing. I think Jodi caught him by surprise in that particular picture and it appears to me than he didn't like what she was doing. In the second photo, it looks like he's waving her off. It could not have been very long before Travis started to send out signals that he wanted the visit to end. What could more obvious than telling Jodi to get up and get off the bed 'cause he wanted to wash the sheets and probably that she'd better get going on up to Salt Lake. He stripped the bed, (she probably helped him, trying to hang on as long as she could), carried the bedding downstairs and loaded them into the washer. Travis went to his office to take care of some business or other, Jodi followed him and they soon did the dirty for the last time with Jodi bent over Travis desk. When that was over the wash cycle was probably finished and Travis loaded the sheets into the dryer. By this time he was long past the 'melancholy.' He probably told Jody that he wanted to go back upstairs to shower and clean-up while the sheets were drying and then remake his bed. It was most likely at this point that Jodi realized that Travis was calling it quits. It was over. Travis wanted her out of there. All of those same feelings she went through when she left with the U-Haul in April came flooding back--along with the fury. Travis went upstairs and climbed into the shower. Jodi got dressed, got the gun and the knife and the camera. She went into the bathroom and started snapping pictures of Travis in the shower without his consent (just like she used to do with the old guy she lived with in Palm Desert,) desperately trying to get him to play some more 'cute' games and elicit some reaction from Travis that she could read as a sign that he was not rejecting her. Travis probably got even more annoyed at what she was doing by trying to start the game up again and probably told her to cut it out and get on her way. For Jodi, that was the last straw. She put her plan into action and started stabbing. At one point, in confusion and disbelief, Travis probably said, "I can't feel my legs." That was probably at the bedroom end of the hallway when she was trying to stop him from escaping and to drag him back to the bathroom and perhaps encouraging him to go along with her. By this time Travis strength was almost at an end and he was desperate for help. Jodi was the only one there to appeal to. We've all heard of cases where victims in their extremis appealed to their murderers for help; they were in such shock that they couldn't comprehend what was really happening to them. It was either around here or after she got him back into the shower, Jodi slit Travis' throat.
Once Jodi got Travis back into the shower, she shot him in the head. Perhaps it was overkill on her part, but I think she did it principally to throw the police investigation off and give her a back-up defense and put some legs under the two Ninja story--one with a gun, one with a knife-- she had dreamed up in advance in the event the cops penetrated all of her subterfuges and somehow figured out she had been there. Jodi then gathered up Travis's clothes and his camera, deleted the pictures as best she could, set the latch on the bedroom door to lock behind her, went downstairs, threw his clothes into the washer, tossed in the camera, (trying to both destroy the images and to make it appear that the camera got into the washing machine be being accidentally mixed up with the laundry), doused everything with bleach, turned the wash cycle on, and high-tailed it out of Travis house.
Jodi's plan was thought out from start to finish. She just didn't execute it all that well. That spells cold-blooded, premeditated murder to me.
One of the most poignant images to me is Travis's cry, (according to Jodi and I think it's true except she inserted into the Ninja lie), his cry that he couldn't 'feel' his legs. Then we see those same legs in the autopsy pictures. Strong, well-developed, youthful legs that this monstrous creature sapped of all their strength in virtual seconds.
She sure is, isn't she. Getting cocky and territorial about it too. Scary.
Judge is sick today, so no court today. No court until Tuesday.

I think we are going to see something crazy when Juan gets up there! I honestly do. She is going to definitely crack. Lose it. Cry hysterically. Get pissed. We are going to see a totally different side of her. The side that Travis got to see/hear on a daily basis. I'm sure Nurmi will be objecting everything Juan says and will drag Juan's out too. Jodi will really be shaking like a chiuaua when Juan gets a hold of her. I'm popping popcorn and making a fire in my fireplace all next week as soon as Juan gets up there. Shit is going to hit the fan and it is going to get gooooood.......

To find smilies. Click on 'Go Advance' when that box opens, there is a box on the right hand side with some smilies. To get more smilies, look under that box for the "More..." link. Click that and it will open up a small box with all the smilies available. You can actually keep this box open, if you want, and just refer to it when you want an emoticon. Some members know how to add emoticons that are not in the box, but I don't know how to do that. When you are done with your post, click 'Submit'
Pics- Above your post box you will see a tool bar. The third dohickey from the right is a pic icon. Click that and a box will open. Enter your url, image location, and click submit. You have to have photobucket for pics off your computer. Or, you can upload them to something like tinypic and use the image location thingy. If you are finding a pic on the internuts, right click it, copy image location, open your pic icon, click in the box to put your code thing in there, click submit. GIFS are considered pics. I learned that not too long ago.
Video- It is the second icon dohickey from the right on your post tool bar. It looks like a miniature film. It is basically the same thing as the pic thing, but you need to copy the embed code of the video. On YouTube, click "Share' and it will drop down options. Click on 'Copy embed code' come back here, click on your film icon, click in box, submit.
I hope this make sense. This is how I do things and it works (most of the time) for me. Someone else may have an easier way to do things. I'm kind of technologically challenged, so if I can do this stuff, anyone can.
