You missed the fact that the sheets were not in the washing machine. They were in the dryer. It was Travis clothing and the camera in the washing machine. It's obvious that Jodi put them there and ran them through the cycle with bleach. Their session ended earlier in the afternoon and Travis probably decided to wash the bedclothes 'cause they were smeared with KY Lube. Then he spent some time in his first-floor office, (didn't Jodi say he bent her over his desk at that time), while the sheets went through the wash cycle then loaded them into the dryer where the police found them.

Well, shit. I didn't know that. I thought the stuff was bloodied that was in the wash. Thank you for the clarification.

if the court grants the warrant police and prosecutors they can get access to accused medical records - for example to prove some one had aids and purposedly had sex w. partners and didn't disclose, or if a person causes a crash, to see if they were drunk (in one case i was reading, the police just got the medical records of some one who caused a crash where some one was killed three years ago now to prosecute for manslaughter) and now especially after all the changes that occurred after 911 - it is easier for the police to get these kind of warrants - and i bet martinez has all her records

I'm not going by a million blankets IF though, no offense. I'm am only addressing the case at hand here. IMO we won't see it in either sides CIC. Maybe something in mitigation phase if def thinks there is something to help her there. But I doubt there is. I am convinced Jodi shot him in cold blood at the very end when he was already dead from the stabbing and throat slashing. She did it in an attempt to leave proof that two people killed Travis and back-up her two Ninja story if case the police somehow figured out that she had been there. She developed a detailed plan for this killing--gas cans, dead 'phone battery, etc.--and escape. Why would anyone not think that she also planned details of a cover-up story in case something went wrong?

I really don't know. The jury can ask anything they want, but whther or not the questions get through to the witness is another story. I would guess (but again, I don't know) that if the witness was not questioned about her medical records, that the question would not be allowed through. But if she was, that it would.

I didn't see that at all. I could be wrong but ... I've watched her interrogations at least twice each and her other interviews. Not for what I 'wish' to see but truly study her. She gets that glaze eye when (what I think she is doing ) lasering in, focusing herself to not react. Watch her interrogations and in court. She gets that look from her court room chair too! Always the sociopath, wheels spinning thinking they are so smart.

This is what I suspected that JM was getting at, that she never sent that email to Abe. I'm not sure if that will help prosecution or not. It will, of course, show that she is PANTS ON FIRE, but it does not disprove that she was intimidated by Travis.

I think she sent it to herself and then when forwarding a copy of the sent email to Travis, she changed her email address in the sent section to Abe's email address. When you go to forward you can change anything in the copy of the sent email.
