I think gunshot came last too. Evil JA attacked with knife to heart, back, throat. Somewhere in that frenzy, matches her story to Flores..."Scream, but not a gay scream. "'Jodi, go get help. ..... I can't feel my legs.'" I think the sicko took pleasure, really soaked that in, enjoyed his sufferring. The accuraacy of these details in the middle of the monsoon of lies was first-hand account. I think she shot him last because it kept going on, and as long as it did, she could not start cleaning up and getting out. clock ticking to get caught. I think that's when she shot him.

That stood out. Travis just doesn't seem intelligent enough to be able to use the word "muse" correctly in a sentence, based on his horrific spelling in a lot of the text messages.

Well, we could what if forever, but .. she didn't get treatment for that, the def didn't bring anything in to substantiate it. Curiosity isn't a reason to bust into someone's Fed privacy rights.

I saw that when Martinez was asking about the letter. I think if she could shoot lasers out of her eyes, he'd be dead.

I think he/she is actually referring to jury questions. I'm not sure what the rules are with jury questions.

Actually, I didn't even know that juries could ask questions before this trial, so I know pretty much nothing about jury questions.

Right now, I'm specifically talking about the letter she wrote to Travis. It's very obvious to me that it really bothered her (and since it's a letter she wrote, we know there is more truth to this bit of testimony than others where she was more free to "embellish").

She's trying hard to keep that meek, victim demeanor, but I don't think it's working here. Maybe it's just me...
I think her having to go back in time, this day that day this day, is the closest she'll ever be to looking at what she did. Even though 99.9 of her account is BS, the Jodi on such and such day what happened? That's not a lie. For a brief second her brain goes to that day. I think we're watching her about to bloom again, into a full murderous rage. Mirroring the buildup back then. Towards the end of yesterday, her face was unrecognzable, she started answering with contempt and her voice got stronger, cocking the head "i don't give a shit; i'm on a mission; move or I'll steamroll you. She even was purposely attacking her own attorney just for the fun of watching him squirm and try to recover. Looked like she was getting off on it so much, she'd rather do that than save her own life.

Sociopaths are known for keeping their affect. She didn't break during Flores and I doubt she will period. It would require her to change her very core! Her autopilot and that isn't possible. she's operated on her low key 'nice' for years. No Primal Fear moment imo. If you saw that movie, that psycho was going for insanity. We dont have that here. I'm betting she's more Dennis Radar, he stood very pleasant reliving horrendous kills one by one in such a monotone 'polite' MO without breaking stride once.

I like that the jury can ask. Puts a different spin on it.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who saw it.

I'm curious to see if it comes out even more when she gets into the murder itself. That is going to creep me out...

if the court grants the warrant police and prosecutors they can get access to accused medical records - for example to prove some one had aids and purposedly had sex w. partners and didn't disclose, or if a person causes a crash, to see if they were drunk (in one case i was reading, the police just got the medical records of some one who caused a crash where some one was killed three years ago now to prosecute for manslaughter) and now especially after all the changes that occurred after 911 - it is easier for the police to get these kind of warrants - and i bet martinez has all her records

I know what you are saying but the 'fun' set aside, sorry to be a wet blanket but I have to stand on ... anyone that asks a pathological liar anything is a scary juror to me.
reflections of Anthony, dumb and dumber jury isn't want we want again or some smart ass not taking the slaughter of Travis seriously which would send chills down my spine with visions of some famewhore juror smiling on NG or DickheadDrew

d you think if the prosecutor go the warrant for the medical records the jury question would be allowed then?

Meaning there was already blood on the ground when she shot the gun. The shell casing flew out and landed in the pile of blood. You can see it in the crime scene photos. IMHO, she stabbed him in the chest, he did try to defend himself due to the defensive wounds on his hands. He came out of the shower to defend himself and fight back, she continued to stab him as he was trying to get away. This is why there are so many crime scene photos with blood splattered everywhere! All over the bathroom and hallway. She shot him in the bathroom at some point before he escaped to the hallway area. (Casing in the pool of blood) He did get to the end of the hallway. That's where he couldn't fight back any longer. He was close to death at this point. She grabbed his sheets, put them under him and dragged him back to the bathroom. Along the way, she sliced his throat to finish the job. This is where you see the pictures of the hallway. If you look closely, you can tell he was dragged down the hallway due to the bloodstains on the hallway that smear along the wall. Also, there is a clean area along the middle part of the hallway where he was dragged. (This is why his sheets/blankets were in the washing machine) She sliced his neck in the area where there is a shit load of blood on the carpet. She drags him into the bathroom, throws his lifeless body into the shower and washes him off. She is freaking out at this point and knows she has to get out of that house. That is why nothing was cleaned off. She leaves his room, locks the door, throws his stuff in the washer and leaves.

    That's my story.....
You missed the fact that the sheets were not in the washing machine. They were in the dryer. It was Travis clothing and the camera in the washing machine. It's obvious that Jodi put them there and ran them through the cycle with bleach. Their session ended earlier in the afternoon and Travis probably decided to wash the bedclothes 'cause they were smeared with KY Lube. Then he spent some time in his first-floor office, (didn't Jodi say he bent her over his desk at that time), while the sheets went through the wash cycle then loaded them into the dryer where the police found them.
