Here is a link to it, but I can't listen at work. And I can't read lips so someone else watch it and let us know :)

IMO? Because he is lying his ass off, as Martinez said, he just wanted the limelight. After supposedly not being able to be there for the hearing he shows up in person only to throw his hands up when he is not needed. He could have just testified by phone, he did make sure to get his media restriction lifted though!
I think that's an interesting theory. I think if she were pregnant and had an abortion, she would definitely use that against him. I think Travis would want an abortion because if she were to get pregnant, everyone would know he obviously had premarital sex. However, I don't think she was pregnant or else we would have heard how mean he was by making her kill their baby. Unless, it comes out today.
You don't sound crazy. Anything is possible in this case. Great thinking!
HAAAAAAA!! HAHAHAHAHAHAA!!! Good One!!!
Sing along with me now, same song style:
I...went to your house
through that doggy door
went through your shit and I done lost my damn mind...
searched your hard drive
read all your mail
then I slept on your bean bag and I
shouldn't pee here...
might leave a trace
I shouldn't pee here......
LOL!
Ha! At this point I feel like everything must have happened all at the same time because Nurmi can't seem to keep the questioning going in any sort of coherent fashion. Then, now, later, at this rate we'll probably jump ahead to where Jodi sees herself in 5 years from now before we actually get to June 2008...
Ugh! I have to go to work today![]()
Cars question, first she claims she had HER car hooked up to Uhaul, decided to let the bank have that car.
Switches to BMW that she blows up
Rents a car for the killing
So, WTH was she driving after the killing and the rental went back after Ryans house?
Sorry for the typo.
I agree. I'm pretty sure that if she'd had an abortion, we would have heard all about how Travis made her kill her baby.
I also think it's unlikely that Travis would have wanted her to have an abortion. Those conservative pro-life religions really really drill that "abortion is murder" thing into them at a young age.

True! Yeah, we all know Travis was living 2 lives...and he definitely would've been mortified if all his friends and the church members found out that he got someone knocked up, plus he allegedly told all his friends that Jodi wasn't "marriage material" - so, he knew he wasn't going to be with her forever. I don't know, maybe you're right...maybe Martinez will pull it out of her somewhere during cross. Although...if she DID have an abortion, wouldn't there be a medical record. Can a trial usurp the patient/doctor confidentiality with a capital murder case?? SO many questions!!!
Good morning! Will they get to the murder today? I don't think so.

You can read the interview here- so you don't need to be a lip reader http://transcripts.cnn.com/TRANSCRIP.../ddhln.01.html
BTW - another word to add to Jodi's astounding vocabulary "I wrote the email to Abe at Travis's behest..."
Surreptitiously
Contemporaneously
Behest
Any other gems?
