Good question. I'm going to say not many, if any at all.
Daniel Freeman said he and Travis were on there way somewhere and they stopped at Jodi's house one night.
I think Travis was planning on visiting Jodi before he went to Cancun, but he cancelled it.

Well, I have a few thoughts to share. Does everyone else feel like they've been mind fuck** today. I literally have a headache. I can't take anymore of dipsh** Nurmi and lying skank Jodi. Anyhow....

-Martinez's face after lunch was priceless. I think he is feeling the exact same way we are. I honestly feel bad for him. How in the world is he supposed to cross examine this clusterfu** of testimony.

-I can't wait till Martinez is able to enter into evidence the incriminating text messages and emails against Jodi. You just know there are tons of them.

-The only good thing that happened all day was when Martinez questioned Jodi about the email she sent to Travis. I seriously am in love with this guy. What was it someone said earlier in this thread? Oh yeah, "panty dropping moment." That is how I felt when he started to go after Jodi. There is something about his passionate pursuit of justice that is very sexy. But, I digress...

-That email to Abe from Jodi - just more evidence of how crazily obsessed Jodi was with Travis. It does not make her look good. Makes her look like a loon. The defense team are a bunch of idiots.

-Jodi claims Travis MADE her write these emails to Abe and one also to John. Riiiiight. No one believes that. No one.

-Nurmi wanted to have Jodi read the poem into evidence. Was that to make it more meaningful? Because if it was, it was an epic fail. All we know now is that Jodi is just as bad at poetry as she is everything else.

-The story about Deanna was just to make it seem like Travis called all of his ex-girlfriends stalkers. Dumb. What. A. Waste. Of. Time.

-Is Jodi claiming there are missing text messages? Out of the 10,000 that are sitting in front of her, she really expects us to believe that a few important ones are missing. Let me guess...more "prosecutorial misconduct."

-Okay...Jodi sent butt hole pics to Travis while she was in Creepy Gus' motor home with him in the next room? What's next? Jodi having loud drawn out orgasmic phone sex with her grandparents in the next room? Oh, wait...

-I don't know how much more of Jodi and Nurmi I can listen too. This is Nurmi when he asks a question, "So....tell me Jodi....when...well, let me back up....do you.....remember.....that time......" Just ask the flippen questions Nurmi. Quit stalling!!!!! I hate you and your stupid client so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In closing I want to share a poem I wrote today.

What wonderith do I see,

I just caught up on youtube (gah. boring and stupid as hell). What a shitshow. I was thinking though, I see anger on her face when Martinez talks to her, not fear. It will be interesting to see what she does under fire during the cross. Will she be able to hold on to the whole teary-eyed battered woman thing she's trying to project? My vote is that she'll be petulant and irritable, at least until she remembers that she probably should be crying. I kind of hope she cracks and shows some real anger....or rage.

Does anyone know what happens when defendants perjure themselves? Does their whole testimony get thrown out?

Dear Diary,

Well, today's testimony left me a little "unsettled." I accidentally got lost a few times while Nurmi was asking me questions. There is just so much that I want to say. I really hope we get to talk about everything we have already discussed again tomorrow. I feel it is important for the jury to be able to memorize every facet of my life. After all, this trial is all about me. I am just so glad that Nurmi understands that.

I will admit that I peed in my pants a little today. At first I thought it was just KY Jelly leakage (if I had a dollar every time that happened!) But then I realized what happened. It was because Martinez started asking me about my lies, I mean my testimony. How dare he! Nurmi and I already agreed that if we use up enough time Martinez might die before he gets a chance to cross examine me. He is so old. Almost as old as Daryl. If only I could, um, speed up the process.

I was so glad I was able to tell the jury again how monogamous I am. Sure, I was trying to hook up with Abe, John, Steve, and Ryan (just to name a few.) But, I didn't want a "relationship" with them. I just wanted buttsecks.

Why can't everyone see that this was just a time in my life when I was not making good choices for myself. Killing Travis was just another one of those bad choices. Everyone makes bad choices sometimes. We should just move on. I know I have.
