Could a bigger part of this be the fact that Jodi was so strapped for money and Travis was still making her pay him back for fucking up the car?

Sure she was jealous about Mimi and the Cancun trip, but I wonder if she had sex with him again to try to win him over in the 'paying for the car' issue...and he still wanted the money? We don't know when she wrote that check, all we know is that it was in his stuff and not cashed yet...

I remember Jodi asked Flores (during interrogations) if he knew if that check had been cashed yet. I have a feeling money was a part of this as well.

Also, not sure if I misheard or just fell asleep during the sex tape yesterday, but at the very beginning, did she not mention the Cancun trip and kind of allude that she was going on it?

From what I remember she brought up Cancun briefly while discussing Travis' busy June schedule with him. I can't remember if anything else was said about it in the call.

I just had a look at Nurmi's website, he says 'I can provide you with aggressive representation against

Wasn't one of the lame excuses for a mistrial that JM had been aggressive to some witnesses? Nurmi and Jodi weren't working so well together today, I think he was off his game as he was getting information wrong and she picked him up on it.

This is the ONLY piece of the trial that I have heard so far this week. I just happened to tune in to HLN on my Sirius radio while driving from an all-day meeting, and heard JM's voice doing the voir dire of Jodi. He is definitely going to tear her a 4th hole when it's his turn!

-I can't wait till Martinez is able to enter into evidence the incriminating text messages and emails against Jodi. You just know there are tons of them.

-Jodi claims Travis MADE her write these emails to Abe and one also to John. Riiiiight. No one believes that. No one.

-Nurmi wanted to have Jodi read the poem into evidence. Was that to make it more meaningful? Because if it was, it was an epic fail. All we know now is that Jodi is just as bad at poetry as she is everything else.

-The story about Deanna was just to make it seem like Travis called all of his ex-girlfriends stalkers. Dumb. What. A. Waste. Of. Time.

-Is Jodi claiming there are missing text messages? Out of the 10,000 that are sitting in front of her, she really expects us to believe that a few important ones are missing. Let me guess...more "prosecutorial misconduct."

-Okay...Jodi sent butt hole pics to Travis while she was in Creepy Gus' motor home with him in the next room? What's next? Jodi having loud drawn out orgasmic phone sex with her grandparents in the next room? Oh, wait...

Dear Diary,

Well, today's testimony left me a little "unsettled." I accidentally got lost a few times while Nurmi was asking me questions. There is just so much that I want to say. I really hope we get to talk about everything we have already discussed again tomorrow. I feel it is important for the jury to be able to memorize every facet of my life. After all, this trial is all about me. I am just so glad that Nurmi understands that.

I will admit that I peed in my pants a little today. At first I thought it was just KY Jelly leakage (if I had a dollar every time that happened!) But then I realized what happened. It was because Martinez started asking me about my lies, I mean my testimony. How dare he! Nurmi and I already agreed that if we use up enough time Martinez might die before he gets a chance to cross examine me. He is so old. Almost as old as Daryl. If only I could, um, speed up the process.

I was so glad I was able to tell the jury again how monogamous I am. Sure, I was trying to hook up with Abe, John, Steve, and Ryan (just to name a few.) But, I didn't want a "relationship" with them. I just wanted buttsecks.

Why can't everyone see that this was just a time in my life when I was not making good choices for myself? Killing Travis was just another one of those bad choices. Everyone makes bad choices sometimes. We should just move on. I know I have.

In closing I want to share a poem I wrote today.

What wonderith do I see,
when I looketh towards the gallery.

a mean old man named Juan.

He maketh me want to lear,
he instilleth in me a great fear.
