I honestly think they are just trying to pull every little cuss word or so called 'derrogatory' term travis EVER used around her/to her. I'm not sure that Wormi is completely just stalling. But I think that he is pushing it now. I think all this time he had banked on being released from this case and when he wasn't his office had to scramble to get shit ready. Therefore, he is taking things slow to make sure he doesn't mis-speak or back her more into a corner. He knows he is going to lose, so he is just tryin to cover every base.

I was thinking about that today. I think he would have liked to just get a plea deal done to be rid of her and the case. I wonder if he really even gives a rats ass other than he has to give her a proper trial by law.
