Then I, uh, put on my pants from the mall over on Riverside-I don't really like going there, but they had a super deal. uh, then I, uh put on my shoes that I found at a place on St. Claire street. I always buy my stuff from there. Then I got in my car, uh, the white one, uh, then I backed up and went up Mall Street but they were closed down, so I had to detour over to Elm Street. I hate that part of town.

Not sure about this, but on "Justice for Travis" Facebook, somebody said they won't be in court tomorrow. Nothing til next Tuesday because of President's Day. Hope they are wrong. But then if they are dark tomorrow I can get some work done around here.

I used to be a dang good liar. I could look you in the eyes and tell you freakin anything and people would believe me. Got me out of so much trouble as a kid. (growing up in the theatre and having lots and lots of acting training probably had something to do with that...)

I took notes again of my thoughts so I could share them all on one post and not clog up the thread more. (Sorry for typos and length of comment. Feel free to skip on by!)

-I love how Jodi suddenly remembered yet another argument. This time he is flipping her the double bird. (Wow, so much abuse, I can see why she butchered him.) I cannot believe they honestly think this is relevant information. The jury has got to be going bat-sh** crazy with all these mundane nonsensical details and events.

-Jodi said, "Travis was reactive whenever I made assertion of independence." I think this is a classic example of Jodi switching the players in her lies. SHE was the one who was reactive of Travis being independent. There is no proof that Travis gave a flying eff if she was independent.

-I just have to say, Nurmi is such an a-hole. Really, he completely drives me insane. I was so annoyed when he once again said, "You don't have to apologize to him." I was so glad when Martinez objected to this outburst and the judge agreed. Grow a pair Nurmi and quit acting like a 12 year old girl who doesn't know how to have behave like a professional adult.

-Jodi claims she wasn't angry about Lisa Andrews. I don't think anyone in that court room believes that for a second. She lies when there is no reason to lie. It would have been perfectly normal for her to say, "yes, I was hurt that he was seeing Lisa." But, Jodi can't help herself. Lying is her go to and she will not stop.

-The chick in the yellow shirt at the defense table. Who is she? I think someone speculated that she might be an attorney who will handle the case if it goes into sentencing, is that correct? The biatch is getting on my last nerves. She constantly smirks and shakes her head. She is sitting at the defense table for crying out loud. Show some respect and professionalism. People complain about Travis' sister Samantha rolling her eyes, but she is in the gallery and is part of the victim's family. How in the world, someone who is supposed to be a professional, thinks it is okay to do this at the defense table is beyond my comprehension.

-Jodi admits that she "threatened Travis." She claims it was to "out him for his pedophilia," but since we all KNOW that is a complete lie, my guess is that this is another half truth of Jodi's. She probably threatened him with telling everyone about the buttsecks and phone sex, and fantasies, etc.

-Did Jodi actually claim that Travis installed so much fear in her that she would physically shake and tremble like a "Chihuahua?" Nah, I must have misheard that. There is no way she and Nurmi are dumb enough to say that.

-Oh Jodi, you are so very clever. You said "Occasionally he dates other people. Occasionally he sleeps with other people." And of course Nurmi runs with it, because this is not a court of law and Jodi can say anything she wants without any evidence and it is okay. No, wait...

-Another thing Jodi admits is in regards to the phone sex. She said, "Actually, I liked it." She then catches herself and says it wasn't the sex that she liked, it was him being nice to her, etc. Riiiiiiight.

-Wonder why the aunt is wearing sunglasses? Also, where is Jodi's sister? Maybe she decided if Jodi thought she was so "dumb" she should just stay home.

-Nurmi keeps going on and on and on about the phone sex. How many times, before or after the move, etc. WHO CARES????

-Jodi said for about the thousandth time, "I'm monogamous." Does she think if she keeps repeating it that everyone will believe her?

-Jodi is "monogamous", yet actively searches out new guys on LDS linkup?? Also, she is starting to pursue Ryan Burns. The whole time she is telling about the "Ryan Burns guessing game" with Zion she is smiling and enjoying herself. She really thinks this is a party and she is the belle of the ball.

-More claims about when she dyed her hair. (Who cares!!!) I've never felt the whole hair dying thing was relevant at all. There is so much other evidence to prove premeditated murder. I'm sick of hearing about her hair color!!!

-I am sooooo frustrated with Nurmi and Jodi. They are dragging this out ridiculously.
