If Jodi says she can't remember anything about the murder can the Prosecution get her full testimony thrown out since it is all irrelevant towards motive if she doesn't testify about the actual act?

So Nurmi is bringing up everything as evidence of prosecutorial misconduct that the judge has ALREADY denied. The ME-Flores misunderstanding, the phone records not being provided in 2008, the only new thing is the Skye/Chris/Gus thing - which I don't understand at all
