I think it is hitting home that she is actually going to have to testify about the horrific murder. She does NOT want to do that. Testifying has been fun for her....up to the point where things get real.

If it's a plea, don't they have to read an agreed upon (agreed between the Prosecution and the Defence) Statement of Facts that must be read into the record prior to sentencing? I don't think JM would agree unless the Statement fully described exactly what happened in the bathroom and what Jodi did with the weapons. No?NO.
