She got into car and started to close the door and Travis slammed the door hard after he leg was in the car. She drove away. She thought that they were not ever going to talk again.

Jodi says this was a low point for her, she was feeling suicidal. (Me thinks that she or her attorneys realized that she can't say she felt suicidal suddenly in jail if she never felt that way before.) She decided she wanted to go through with it. She called her friend Matt (aka Matt the LIAR McCartney) because he had guns. She was going to ask if she could borrow a gun to kill herself with. (Maybe she didn't get the gun from her grandparent's after all, maybe she borrowed one from Matt the LIAR?)
Matt supposedly called a suicide hotline and her dad, and her parents.
Travis called her while she was on the phone with Matt. She wanted to talk to him in case Travis wanted to apologize. Travis was very friendly and apologetic and wanted her to come back....and help her make his bed. (WTF?) The sheets had been washed and were out of the dryer (WHO CARES about the freaking sheets.)
Travis wanted her to make the bed so they could have sex. Nurmi throws up the french maid outfit photo and ask if Travis requested this outfit again. (LOL, Nurmi, you are NOT Martinez. Give it up! A french maid outfit is not equivalent to a slashed throat. What a loser.)
Nurmi has a LONG dramatic pause, to let the french maid outfit soak in. LMBO. Jodi starts crying. (hahahahah, seriously, you can't make this crap up.)
She is saying no while she is turing around to go back to Travis. Nurmi wants to know why she turned around. (Duh, Nurmi, she wanted buttsecks.)
She said she turned around because she felt like a "writhing ant under a magnifying glass for the last three hours." He relented and was nice and talked in almost a baby talk way, so she went back to his house. They made the bed and they had sex. Anal sex that night. (I soooo called it!) Jodi starts rambling about honey chicken (I can't even...too many dumb details. God help me.)
She called John (Travis' roommate???) and asked if he wanted honey chicken, he said yes, you can't refrigerate it, etc, etc. etc.
She admits she came and went in Travis' house without knocking. John told her Travis was not there, to come on over with the chicken. Jodi comes into the kitchen to get a plate, sees Travis and another woman in the kitchen and she was "mortified." She turned around and left because she was "really embarrassed" because she thought he wasn't home. She then gives all the details about driving, going west, turning here, etc. (Kill me now please.) (Also, what about the chicken Jodi??? What happened to the chicken? How can she just leave us hanging without giving us ALL the details about the chicken. Did she take it with her? Did John eat it. Did Travis and -gasp- Lisa eat it???)
A car came up behind her with the high beams on. She didn't know who it was. (More dumb driving details.) The car pulled over the double line, pulled in front of her and slammed on the brakes. She then noticed it was a purple BMW (purple? really?) and knew it was Travis. He pulled in the turn about, she pulled in behind him. Travis and Jodi discussed it. He said a girl from his ward was there and wanted to see his house, so he gave her a tour. He gave her a hug and squeezed her butt (more butt squeezing, really Jodi?) and asked her if she was coming over later. To Jodi this meant that she was coming over for sex.
Nurmi says "after Travis' date with Lisa, you were supposed to come over and have sex with him, right." Jodi says yes. Long dramatic pause from Nurmi. (He really wants that Oscar.)

Nurmi wants to know what happened in Jan 2008 that changed the relationship. Martinez wants to narrow a specific date and time down. Nurmi wants her to just have free rein to say anything she wants. Council approach. (I feel like the judge is going to call it a day soon.) Nurmi has to ask her if she remembers the date "it" occurred and where. It was in Travis' bedroom, on a Monday, around Jan. 21st.
Objection. Martinez wants a time. LOL!
She got off work (lots of dumb details) she went to his house, they hung out. He disappeared in attic and then jumped out and scared her. Handed her an angel statue and called her an angel.
She left, realized that she left angel, Travis would make her feel guilty about leaving it, so she went back to go get it. She called, he didn't answer. She went into his bedroom without knocking. Travis was on bed masturbating. She was really embarrassed. It was awkward walking in on him. She asked if he needed her help. He grabbed papers off his bed. She saw a photograph that fell on the floor....it was a picture of a little boy. Long dramatic pause from Nurmi...again. Little boy was about 5 or 6, she did not recognize him. Little boy was wearing underwear in photograph. After she saw this she was frozen for a minute and didn't know how to react. She left the angel there on the dresser and turned and left. Travis calls her name and tells her to wait. She just left and drove away. She says she felt nauseated by what she saw, she was afraid she would puke in car. (Travis' brother looks like he wants to murder her. So do I.) She barely made it home before she threw up in the bathroom. Travis kept trying to call her after this. After she threw up she saw that he called her on her cell phone 3 or 4 times.
Nurmi wants to know why this wasn't the end of the relationship with him. She said she was confused and crying and didn't know what to think. She went for a drive because she was afraid he would come over to her house. She went to the temple visitors area to meditate and figure out what to do next and how to handle it.
She couldn't imagine never talking to him again because she would feel "unsettled." She wanted to let him explain. She got a frantic voice mail from him begging her to come over to his house and talk to him.
Nurmi again asks why after she "sees him masturbating to the image of a child," why she couldn't imagine not having any more contact with him.
She heard in the past that people who do that might have been hurt in the past (lots of fake tears), it upset her to think maybe he had been hurt in the past.
Jodi called him back. They agreed to meet up and swap cars for family home evening (what????) Travis was going to family home meeting "same day he got caught masturbating to images of children." (Nurmi has now said this three times. I hate him soooo much.)
She had a headache and went home.
She went to his house later and they talked. Travis did the talking. Nurmi wants to know what he said, Martinez objects. Nurmi asks to approach.

After her conversation with Travis she came away "with the understanding" that Travis had a sexual interests in children. She believed he had an interest in young boys. Also young girls, "sexually mature girls, but minors." (I've "come away with the understanding" that Nurmi is a dick.)
Nurmi wants to talk about that in a minute. (Whatever douche."
She "came away with the understanding" that she could help him with this problem. Her "understanding" was that he preferred sex with woman because it made him feel "more normal." In this conversation she found out that the reason that Travis wanted her to wear little boys underwear because of his sexual desires with little boys. (I. Hate. Her.)
After this discussion Jodi had anal sex with Travis. (And he is the one who is supposed to have the problem????)
She was willing to have anal sex because Travis seemed ashamed with himself and like he didn't want to be that way. He struggled with it. He was trying to deal with it. When he had sex with woman he felt normal. She also believed him to be normal. (huh?) She had anal sex with him to "help him." (I can't even....is she really saying all this??)
Nurmi wants to know if she did anything else to "help" him. She said yes, before she moved back to CA, she gave him a pamphlet about mental health services, free and affordable, that could help him. (Jodi, please meet kettle.) She gave him the pamphlet in mid to late March.
Jodi said Travis was upset when she gave him the pamphlet. They argued. It started verbal and then became physical. (yeah riiiiiight.)
Nurmi brings up him grabbing her wrist again, she said this incident was in April...and that he had been physically abusive before that.
Nurmi wants to back up....(Lord help me.) Jodi said Travis grabbed her wrists (1st incident,) then pushed her down (second incident) and the third incident is after she walked in on him. (She is all over the place. She makes no sense.)
She was going to California. She went over on Jan 22nd (day after she walked in one him masturbating.) He wants to borrow $200 from her. She had just lent him $699 dollars, so she could not loan him the money. She kind of snapped, but not really, because he reacted bad in the past when she snapped. He called her selfish. If she couldn't afford to loan him more money she should work more shifts. They argued and then he walked across the room and grabbed her, shook her, said "I'm fucking sick of you" and screamed at her so loud that some spit got in her face. He then body slammed her on the floor at the foot of his bed. This didn't hurt her, only startled her. (oh the lies!!!!!) She "yelped." He said don't act like that hurt, called her a bitch, kicked her in the ribs, went to kick her again and she went to block, so he kicked her finger. Her left hand. She screamed really loud, yelled "my finger." Travis stormed out of room and went downstairs. She rolled over, set up, and was holding her finger. It was starting to swell up. She peeked around corner, heard door bell and was listening to see who it was. He sent whomever it was away and started back upstairs. Her "anxiety shot through the roof." Travis was calm now and wanted to see her hand. He was not yelling. He was calmer, but snappy. She let him look at her hand. Specifically her ring finger on her left hand. She did not seek medical attention for this "injury" because she did not have medical insurance and was afraid of the police getting involved. Travis made a splint out of broken popsicle sticks and tied it on her finger.
Nurmi wants to know why she didn't call police. She would never call the police on Travis because it would have felt like "treachery." She was "loyal" to him. She was loyal because she didn't look at him as a bad person, just someone with his own issues. She made him promise he would get help for his issues.
Nurmi wants to know about splint. Was finger broken? Jodi thinks it was. Nurmi wants to know if the injury is still visible to this day. She said yes, it is crooked. Nurmi wants her to hold up finger. She does. LONG pause from Nurmi. He wants to know how she feels about injury. Objection. Nurmie said it goes to "state of mind of battered woman's syndrome." (Oh no he didn?t. If anyone was battered, it was clearly Travis. Jodi is just a skank whore who LIES!) Judge said approach. Recess soon?? Nope, I'm shocked again. Judge says you may proceed.
Nurmi has Jodi hold finger up again. (Pa-the-tic.) Seeing her finger reminds her of the incident. She tries not to think about incident because it is unpleasant. Are you scared when you think about that day? Jodi says she does not go that far in her mind when she thinks about it. She wishes she would have handled it differently. She wishes she would have made a record of these things. And that it would not be so wonky and feel arthritic.
Nurmi leads MORE AND MORE....he said, "you didn't want Travis to get in trouble." Objection, overruled. After Nurmi's leading Jodi says she didn't want Travis to get in trouble and she didn't want anyone to know. Nurmi leads and says "you were embarrassed that he beat you up." She said yes. Nurmi says "shamed" and "shame" about a hundred times trying to lead her to say she was ashamed. Nurmi is asking if she was happy, if she wanted to shout it from the rooftops. She said no, she felt very "ashamed." (Finally, she said it, Nurmi must be so happy.) She said she always felt that woman in these situations, like this it was partially their fault. (More fake crying.) She felt like she was "that thing" that she used to judge because she was now one of those people.
