Jodi is still on the stand. Defence is still up. Gifts for Valentine's day. ex 417. t-shirt and shorts. What's the story behind the shirt? Some stupid reason that Travis was joking around about. She's making it out like Travis was jealous of other guys.

(Jodi was determined to get her trip) Huntington Beach trip was a PPL thing. It was mostly a vacation. They shared a hotel room. They had sex, she believes. Explain why you didn't just end it? Jodi says she was in denial. She wanted her trip. Her attorney had to lead her at this point and remind her it was after her vacation - why don't you kick him out of your room? The conversation the day after they broke up- Travis wanted sex with Jodi. Did you find it strange that he calls wanting sex? I felt it was strange but also-I had low self esteem.
