From what I understand, the judge has to be more lenient in a DP case in what gets let in. And her reasoning was that the prosecution has a chance to rebut. I am not sure of the exact reasoning - something to do with the appeals process after this trial. They could appeal (or maybe ask for mistrial) because the judge wouldn't allow certain evidence. But I don't see how this was let in still with all of that. I just hope and pray she knows what she's doing.

ironically that was my FIRST day watching the trial live. Its been a let down every day since.
