looks shoeISH to me. Martinez who has the real pic he and Flores said it's her shoe. But then he called blood a foot so what do I know. We are looking at worked over edited pics too.
Getting him onto a sheet would be more work than needed. I don't see a purpose for going through that. Tile floors, blood, water, he'd slide easy . That hall isn't that big. He's 5'9" so he takes up half of it already being in it laying down.

It mentions two other cases that Jodi feels are similar to her own as justification for a lesser charge:

1. A woman stabbed her boyfriend once in the chest during an argument; she was charged with 2nd degree murder but was offered manslaughter and sentenced to 12 years.
2. A man stabbed his wife and drove her body to the police station. He was charged with 2nd degree murder but plead to the court.

Then it suggests that Travis treated Jodi badly by describing her to Marie as "a stalker." Jodi complains that the charges do not provide her with an incentive to plead guilty to anything past second-degree murder (poor baby). She is worried that Travis's friends and family will suffer more pain if the trial drags on. However, she is magnanimous enough to plead guilty to 2nd degree, which she believes would atone for the fact that she lied, lied, lied during the investigation, which surely caused his friends and family more pain. She's just that fucking sweet.

I know I'm late to the game, I'm trying to catch up. But I'm wondering how this is emotional abuse? She is letting her know that he doesn't appreciate the fact that she invades his privacy. I think he could have left off the first part but we don't know the context.

Since when is getting upset with someone emotional abuse? Should he have just said "Its ok Jodi, you can check my email/texts/invade my privacy any time you want? She has proven time and time again she respects no ones privacy. He called her on it but I don't see it as abuse.

Maybe because we are all seeing different things in poor quality pics. Obsessions isn't the same. it's clear for starters, good colors too. Her's is a flesh colored foot. clearly her floor is clear, background clear, and clearly a boot.
we don't have a flesh colored foot for Travis . the pixel colors match the blood colors not is skin. and for all I know it could be slashers hand under him holding his head up to move him to a sheet. It's a bad picture and people try to guess including me. We can't even all agree if it is a shoe of sock on the killer.
