Can't insult me lol, I know enough to know, you can't slice liquid. ME's aren't gods to me, and I don't look for idols. ME's make mistakes, or even lie just like any other human being. Turned out for whatever reason this one fits right in there. He had to admit oops, the brain wasn't liquid after he said it was. Oops the brain he said was non existant was suddenly there. He sliced it and weighed what he said didn't exist.

I think some people just have trouble accepting anything that isn't like minded with them. I don't however feel that way. I find murders disturbing, but posters? That too dramatic for me. I learn a lot from others views and they make me think. I love when anyone questions anything! It means they are using their own brain cells. We can't all be Henry Lee's spitting ketchup. Or whats his name breaking Caylee's little skull.

No offense but if you believe the Anthony jury did any thinking at all, I'd argue that one.

Questioning something is fine (and laudable), but you still have to take the facts into consideration. Throwing the facts out of the window to be "opened minded" is basically just making stuff up.

The ME did not say that the brain was liquified and then later said it was solid. He said that the brain was too decomposed (and mostly liquid) to see the track where the bullet went through, and that he took "sections" of autolyzed (liquefied or softened) brain tissue. This is not inconsistent. I don't think the defense attorney knew what autolyzed meant.

Similarly, I think that you simply did not understand the testimony. You're willing to throw out the entire testimony of the ME because you don't understand that autolyzed means liquid or softened, and think that he can't possibly take "sections" of this autolyzed tissue, despite the fact that you have never performed an auotopsy or examined an autolyzed brain.

I wasn't trying to insult you. But absolutely, I do find it disturbing when someone who has no special knowledge in an area thinks that they know more than the experts in that area. And this was one of the problems with the Casey Anthony trial, the jurors thought that they knew better than the scientists.

OMG this is so weird. The State vs Baylee White is referenced in there. My daughter went to high school with Baylee White, she was not friends with her but knew her and spoke with her sometimes. She also killed her boyfriend by stabbing him in the heart.

Chris Hughes made mention of Travis' writing style in the prosecutorial misconduct hearing. Didn't he reference the journals? Or maybe it was emails? He was saying how he and Skye began to doubt Wurmi's lies because the forged letters didn't seem like Travis' style of writing.

but you do know that skye hughes would not help jodi, that travis was one of her and chris' best friends - that they carry a lot of guilt that they couldn't save him - and i think it was chris' father david hughes said on an interview that he was the one that introduced travis to jodi (way b4 jodi's testimony of her version) and bears the guilt because he thought of travis like a son
just because you are subpoena by the defense doesn't mean you are on their side
i would think if any one is helping jodi out while she is jail it would be that nut bag donavan berring or her ex matt who said he would lie for jodi

Jodi is an artist. Her hands are a critical element in her life. Not only is she a photographer, she is also a painter.

I personally witnessed the purple finger shaped bruises on her neck. She originally claimed was from a seat belt. Later, after much debate, she admitted they were from him. She assured me that: ?He is a good man? and ?He didn?t mean it?.

In one of our many conversations, I asked her why she wouldn?t ?Just leave him.?
She said: ?I can?t leave him, you don?t understand, I?ve tried. He wont let me!? She refused to elaborate.

I was Jodi?s boyfriend for around two years and in that time, she wouldn?t so much as squish a bug. I caught her on many occasions, fishing bugs out of the tub, so they wouldn?t get washed down the drain. She had this crazy neurotic cat, that would flip out and attack her for no reason and she didn?t so much as swat it. Jodi is NOT a violent person!

When we ended our relationship, I was living and working at a distance. During that period, I began spending time with a colleague. One of my douche bag coworkers decided to ?inform? her. There was lots of crying, many talks and a few letters. She was NEVER VIOLENT in any way. We remained friends and since then, she had a few other relationships ending with Travis. I personally know the man she was with before Travis. He and Jodi maintained a friendly relationship after they parted. He also had NO issues with violence. So why now? What changed?

Before Jodi was arrested we would talk on a regular basis. I am one of her longest lasting friends and former lovers. I could be a important character witness. At one point, I asked Jodi to leave me out of this situation, so as not draw attention to myself or my new family and since then, she has.

Her life is on the line. She could get the death penalty. Yet she?s made it a point not to involve me.

Why? Because I asked her not to?.

That is the kind of person Jodi is!?

Yes know all that. I don't think they would ever intentionally help her, but thank goodness what we heard from that misconducted hearing wasn't before the jury.
Not that the def won't find a way to use it in front of the jury if he can. That is when it could be unintentionally damaging.

You do know, Nurmi slapped her and Chris with another subpoena for this misconduct motion he has active. I think it will land where his other ones did, in the denied round file .
Half of me loved hearing Chris call Nurmi a liar right out in court! lmao But, the other half goes into worry, we don't want a mistrial because of an angry hot head. He has a right to be angry. I just worry it could end up another Unintentional mistake. Nurmi is desperate and the law gives too much rope to his kind imo.
