Spot on. It could have been Travis' actual handwriting, but digitally manipulated to say something other than what it originally said.
If she had stolen his actual journals as reported early on, the person who fabricated the letter had a lot of source material from which to work.

It's unlikely she did it herself, because she was behind bars in 2010. There are conspirators on the outside, and they need to be found and exposed.

This is what pisses me off about the Jodi being a victim of abuse theme...what kind of "expert" is going to come in and testify that she's truly a victim of a lifetime of pent up abuse and mistreatment from EVERY single person she crossed paths with??? Either she is able to tell the expert exactly what they need to hear, in order to diagnose her as a victim of abuse, or they're all just going to blatantly lie under oath. This is what angers me about our justice system. There's no fucking way to prove Jodi is lying on the stand!!!

You are right in that the sequencing doesn't really matter. Whether the throat was cut at the end of the hallway or later after she dragged him back to the shower, in either case, she slit his throat from ear to ear and right down to the spine. That is irrefutable.

BUT... I find it disturbing when someone who is not a scientist and doesn't have specialty in an area (like blood evidence) and hasn't examined a crime scene thinks that they know better than people who are specialists and have examined a crime scene. I honestly hope that the jury does not think this way. This is the kind of thing that destroyed the Casey Anthony case.

And It upsets me to no end, that Travis never got to learn that same lesson and be careful who he let into his life and his home in the future. His future is OVER. It's so sad. I want to know more about Matt McCartney. On the Jodi is innocent site he says he is in the public eye and he wanted to stay out of the case to protect his family. Are there pictures of him from Jodi's myspace? Also, wasn't Matt's name mentioned when they were questioning Creepy Gus or old Darryl? I think Matt is involved in some way.

What's the deal with her maintaining friendships with all her ex-boyfriends? When I ended relationships, I never wanted to see their face ever again, let alone conversate or ask for favors. Especially if they cheated on me or abused me. It's almost as if she needs a backup guy on call at all times. She never completely lets one go. I think she considered her relationship with Travis to be more intimate than what it actually was.

I would bet money she had her gun and knife in the bathroom and when the last pic of him, with him on the floor of the shower and the shower door open, she was threatening to harm herself...and then she let him have it.
