Yeah, I did come across that document. I learned a few things I didn't know. Like the fact that those alleged letters were supposedly sent to Jodi, electronically (email I presume) from a 3rd party. And supposedly she won't identify that party.

I can only assume that party was the one who helped her forge them.

Also, that there are no original copies and that they can't really be analyzed to tell if it's Travis' writing; which is something I'm sure she knew. They can't prove or disprove.


I also find it interesting that at one point, Jodi's previous lawyer -- public defender (Victoria something?) -- withdrew from her case. But the reason was something about how the public defender had already defended someone involved in Jodi's case. Anyone know what's up with that?


Also, when the text messages were brought up (3-hole wonder, etc), was it mentioned in court the texts Jodi sent Travis? Because there are examples listed in that document, including telling him that she wanted to have sex, and that her "pussy is wet". If they were only doing anal, why would she even mention her mangled va-jay?

Reading her for a long time, finally registered and have been trying to put together in a post how I feel it all went down. This video pretty much says exactly how I feel it happened regarding the attack. Regarding Travis using Jode etc etc...I firmly believe that it was Jodi who was the agressor in the relationship and she was the manipulative factor in this. I think Travis's ego or what was perceived as being egotystical was his way of coping with childhood and how he turned his life around and became succesful. I have met many people in my lifetime that I initially thought had that type of auro per say until I got to know them and they really were not like that at all. Just the perception of how they came off before knowing them better. Seems like everyone who knew him or came in contact with him on any personal level at all (meaning got to know him a little) thought he was the best. Even men have said that so its not like it is just coming from women who may have crushed on him or hoped he would ask them out. All his male friends and co PPL's said the same thing. No one not one person had a bad word to say about him. He met her, she saw what she wanted and she went full force after it. I am sure in the beginning as they started out Travis was loving all this but as time went on and he saw this wasnt his forever girl and started to put distance between them she was not going to let go. I have my opinions too about why she kept going back to his house and all which I also think she just showed up for the most part and used her conniving female personality to get him where she wanted him. That week before which I also agree she planned the entire thing, she had discovered the Cancun trip and was desperate to get to Mesa even borrowing money and gas cans to do it. This was totally premeditated and I think the sex before the killing was her inner pleasure that she had him one more time so it was all about her. Proving to herself she still had it even though he didnt want her for his own. I'm not sure if it was even a if i cant have you no one else will either or more about I cant let go and move on with you alive knowing you arent my BF when I put my all into this to win. She was so obsessed at that point that she had to go to him one more time and then at the end of the napping sexing etc and the finality of knowing that may be it was just to much and she followed thru with the murder. I am in no way saying that Travis was a saint etc (not uf for arguement) I just think for him it started out as a dating sex thing and just progressed from there. Pissed me off on her last day of testimony this week as she is barely speaking loud enough to her her little girl voice saying she didnt want oral and anal sex but let him do it because she didnt want disappoint him. She lured him into the sex relationship in my opinion because that was her MO for probably all her relationships and he had not been around much. I dont care if he was a virgin or not but there is nothing to indicate that he wasnt. Listening to her go on and on she is basically saying that no matter what the relationship was between them that she just went with it and that is because she thought she would win him over that way. Since this is a long post LOL I will end now but I want you all to know that I crack up and LOL at your postings. Wish I was as fast as all you guys on responding but it takes me all my evening me time just to read it all and try to be caught up. I am on East Coast so over 2 feet of snow here now and I have time to post and keep caught up until Monday that is. Cant wait for the prosecutors turn like all of you and I do agree this bitch is totally guilty of first degree pre meditated murder!

Yeah, I'm not a big fan of people who talk like this. Sounds like blood lust to me.
The only folks who might be justified in feeling that way are the victim's family members.
ETA: obviously I think she's guilty...I hope the jurors think so too. Just don't think people should be all blood lusty about it.

OK, so I have been pretty quiet through this trial?so far. We have decided to not do any media until after the trial is over. We had no idea how hard that commitment would be to keep as we had underestimated the attack that would be made on Travis. But we made it, so we will keep it. Jodi confuses the shit out of me every day during trial. Her stories veer off in weird directions, she remembers ridiculous and unbelievable detail about every single activity of every year, month, week, day, hour and minute! The jury CAN'T believe she is recalling all of this...she's CLEARLY lying through her teeth!!!!! I feel like I forget who the hell I am every time I listen to her for more than 5 minutes! Also, I'm about to start up a drinking game for every time she goes on a tangent and then absently says, "...I'm sorry I forgot the question..." The ME or forensics did not and could not testify that was throat blood. If he laid there any or all of the other wounds could cause a large amount of pooling there also.
I get you buy that given 'theory' but, it is just that, a theory. I however am not willing to buy when it was cut, because no one but liar Jodi knows.
I think his throat could just as well been cut in the shower and we wouldn't see a 'large' amount because Jodi the killer washed it away. There is no doubt in my mind he was incapacitated in the shower.
That said, I wouldn't need to know where, it was obviously cut and that is murder. My point is, if I am not convinced, it is very possible a juror isn't either. That's what makes up a jury, different minds that don't think alike. My way of thinking is, who cares, only a blind man could miss she slaughtered him many ways. But will a juror think exactly my way, or be one of those that needs a perfect movie running telling them an exact order.

You are right in that the sequencing doesn't really matter. Whether the throat was cut at the end of the hallway or later after she dragged him back to the shower, in either case, she slit his throat from ear to ear and right down to the spine. That is irrefutable.

BUT... I find it disturbing when someone who is not a scientist and doesn't have specialty in an area (like blood evidence) and hasn't examined a crime scene thinks that they know better than people who are specialists and have examined a crime scene. I honestly hope that the jury does not think this way. This is the kind of thing that destroyed the Casey Anthony case.

ive watched the testimony a few times and read it - he never said it was 100% liquid, there was still mass - what the entire cross from the defense was that in the mass that was dissected he couldn't find the path of the bullet and the defense was trying to prove the bullet missed the brain, but the me explained the brain decomposes so fast that there was no way to be able to see it but based on the trajectory on the entry wound to where the bullet ended up, there was no way it could have missed the frontal lobe - but there was never any questions about the decomp of the brain - every one agreed to to the same thing
