what contradictions do you mean? whether he was shot first or last? I am not sure what you mean by Detective Flores probable cause testimony? Are you referring to when the defense accuses him of changing the sequence? I definitely am cheering for one side only, Travis' side! No one really knows what came first; people have vasillated on that, but in the long run it is still overkill for self defense regardless of sequence, imo. I don't think anyone could cut a throat like that from the front unless the victim was flat on his back, not moving. It is a clean straight cut.

The def didn't just 'accuse' Flores, it is in the probable cause court documents. That is the hearing for determining if the state has cause to justify the DP. Now, the def was hoping they could knock the DP off the table, but the judge was too smart in law for that part. The problem is the JURY and how they handle it all.

On the throat, he could have been like Justice 11 suggested in the shower, bent over, slash stab stab back ... wouldn't take much to then lift his limp, weak or even unconscious head and slit his throat. I'm pretty sure, because of the blood evidence, his throat was cut at the end of the hallway where the carpet begins. Apparently, there was a lot of blood there.

I could've be COMPLETELY wrong here but for some reason I not seeing him being dragged here. The way his arms are, it looks to me like he's defending himself from her stabs- he's holding them over his chest to protect himself. And her foot looks like its in more of a position to be stabbing him from above/behind, rather than dragging him.

I agree with youMissmandy9 - his arm to me, looks like defense mode. Side tangent: I am also still perplexed at the whole camera strap thing. Was there a strap on the camera when they retrieved it from the washer? The original camera strap was still in the camera bag - but Jodi could have put another one on the camera. She definitely didn't kill Travis with a camera in her hand the entire time. I also don't know if these "accidental" photos were taken because the camera was dropped. The camera had to have been set on a timer while she was photographing Travis in the shower. Anyway...sorry for the rant!
