Since I wasn't at the crime scene and can't see the evidence with my own eyeballs, I'm going to take the word of the forensic scientists over some random dude speculating on the internetz (no offense intended).

Ok, I actually do remember reading that comment on Jodi's MySpace page. Recently MySpace had a format change...I think the comment might have been lost.
I went to my old myspace page...I don't think I've been on it since 2008. I almost couldn't remember my password. No comments showed up at all. They've all been lost somehow.
I too agree with how the ME said it all went down. He is the expert. It all makes sense with what evidence we are privy to.

I’ve known Travis since he was 19 years old. He was my neighbor in Highlands Ranch, CO while we were on our Mormon missions. Her testimony is absolutely absurd and infuriates me. Im sure he is rolling in his grave at her allegations. Yes, Travis is guilty of playing her, but there is NO WAY he engaged in anal sex the very day of her baptism. If I senselessly murdered every man that used me, played me for sex…well hell, I would put Ted Bundy to shame. She deserves the death..an eye for an eye…

I don't put much in a ME that gets caught saying the brain was liquid then had to admit oops, it wasn't.
Or an ME that says, sequence would be 'speculation' ..then he speculates.

Jurors don't have degrees and they like us will be free to believe or not believe anyone, including 'experts'. And it wouldn't be the first time they question a contradiction from an ME.
Not like there never was a wrong, crooked, bad ME before in history, it happens.
I saw a body language expert on cnn today. She was talking about Jodi describing her and Travis' encounter after her baptism. She said Jodi was looking demure and fragile as she was describing when Travis bent her over for hole 2. She said Jodi's tale of abuse is a lie. She said someone who is abused would not have been as animated immediately before and after. Her niggest mistake in her acting was she was trying to act abused, but she kept looking directly at the jury. She said someone who was truly abused keep their eyes down when they are really embarrassed. She also said, Jodi is overacting on the stand.
What worries me, is her lawyers will see shows like that and coach her. I know the real Jodi will not be able to keep up the act constantly, but will she fool any jurors?

thx, you younger people are so tech saavy! I have wondered all along about the hot factor post; why would he put that on there when she had reached 'dirty secret' status? None of his friends on her myspace, or did she hack his account and post them herself?
wasthinking, I can't quote right now, but in response to your above post, the cut the the throat, severing a major artery, would dump a lot more blood in one place than the other stab wounds.
The carpet where a major blood stain was found was examined by forensic scientists, not the ME. The ME examined the body. I'm going to take his word for it the a throat cut from ear to ear, severing arteries, is going to bleed massively, moreso than the other wounds, causing a large pool of blood to form in one place, because at that point, he is completely incapacitated.

You know it really creeps me out her myspace is intact. You think she would have given a password to a family member and deleted it, or made it private. Or taken her in memory of Travis album out. I remember seeing one of Travis's friend on dr. drew. and he said after Travis was found she threw up a ton of pictures of him on myspace. To the friend it seemed like she was marking Travis as her guy, she was so sad cause HER guy was gone. I find it really offensive (well alot of her actions are offensive lol) that she is claiming he was the abusive guy, and her public myspace has an in loving memory tribute to him when SHE killed him. i put her right up there w/ that dennys waitress who worked w/ jodi 6 years ago and knows there is no way she murdered him - travis lived in riverside - he went on a mission when he was 19 for a summer in colorado - it always amazes me that ppl think no one changes as time goes on
