This might have been brought up already. But I'm listening to some of this morning's testimony. Can all these text messages that Jodi was talking about - especially the day that Travis sent pics of his "erection" - be documented? I assume when Martinez cross-examines he might have her actually read the text messages out loud instead of the way she's just telling this story about how innocent she was and was embarrased by the picture of his junk.

i finally has a chance to research and talk to an atty about the whole mistrial motion thing w/ the text messages - they wanted a mistrial based on a brady violation - which is when the prosecutor denies or hides evidence from the defendant either on purpose or by accident - and that by not providing copies of all the text messages violated the brady law - but that law is very specific - not only does the prosecutor have to with hold evidence, but it also has to be shown that by with holding the evidence, it prejudiced the court against the defendant in their trial - the has to be damages - but because jodis team has had the texts for over 2 years b4 the trial, there were no damages to their defense or prejudiced in the court - and thats why the motion was denied

I work at a prison. Inmates cut their hair in their cells all the time. They use razor blades, sharpened metal binder clips, sharpened plastic utensils, melted sharpened plastic from shampoo bottles, etc. They also find ways to make hair dye, make up, dildos, etc. You'd be amazed what a person can come up with when they have nothing but time on their hands and little supplies

OR if you are Casey Anthony, they give you a pair of scissors to cut inmates hair!
