Thanks so much!
Hey Texans- I'm in Texas also. Different kind of justice here. Juries don't like to have their chains yanked.
I agree that she was probably the aggressor. She was experienced sexually, her ex said that she was sexually aggressive. Travis may or may not have had some experience, but I seriously doubt he had much if any. He was proud of being a virgin. I don't think it was until after he met Jodi that he told people in confidence that he was not "temple worthy". I think she made up these stories, either wholly, or she took events that happened later and moved them up in time. And I seriously doubt she was all virginal and reluctant when they happened.

Nothing says "you're a skanky ho bag" better than not being kissed by the dude you just blew...AND swallowed...right after meeting for the first time![]()
I am so glad that member tagged those page numbers at the bottom. It helps a lot. I was NOT the one that tagged them. That member tagged the page # in this thread that has the link to all the pictures and the page # for links to all the important web sites. It shows everybody which page they can go to.
For what it's worth, they seem to have softened their stance on caffeine. Coffee is frowned upon, but the ones I know drink caffeinated sodas and energy drinks like they're going out of style.
One day at work, there were two of my known-Mormon co-workers lamenting the fact that the vending machine only had caffeine-free Diet Dr. Pepper in the vending machine. I looked at them and said, "You do realize how ironic this conversation is, right?"![]()
Wish I could edit my posts... I keep repeating myself!![]()
I have been trying to watch the trial the last couple days on "in session" but it seems they are always airing the trial from the day before. It never seems to be live. I haven't been able to watch online, so I am thankful for the recaps here. :)
Beth said the jurors were taking notes at first, but when it got graphic...they were just staring at her.
Vinnie says the seat in the courtroom are already filled up.
Apparently, soda is OK and there is no ban on caffeiene, just tea and coffee.

Which is stupid IMHO because both tea and coffee (but especially green tea) are healthier as they contain anti-oxidants. But, whatever.
