I hope I am wrong, but I dont think we are going to get to her the cross examination until next week-there is just not enough time in one more day of court for Hodie to get out all of her story today or even by next Tuesday. That is unless the judge gets the Wormi to get this testimony moving along!

thanks to youtube (tawnidilly), watched all of yesterday. Is there any chance she is making up these sexual encounters, or at least embellishing them? Geez, would she do that??? No one has said they had sex with Travis before, so it seems he was inexperienced. I doubt he would go into her room at his friend's house and start connie lingus. How big is this house? they would be sure to hear something. more likely if anything did happen there, she went to his room and started fellasheeo. Or maybe nothing happened on that occasion. I just think Travis respected his friend's home more than that, if he was planning a get down night, he would have got a motel rather than risk his friends hearing anything. If I had a couple guests like that, i would know what was going on, i am a light sleeper and in the morning i would have noticed who was in whose room, plus they had kids that could have opened a door or awakened to the commotion.
The car thing at the park i doubt too. She was the aggressor if it happened, IMO. As my hubbs assured me, let Juan deal with it.

I agree that she was probably the aggressor. She was experienced sexually, her ex said that she was sexually aggressive. Travis may or may not have had some experience, but I seriously doubt he had much if any. He was proud of being a virgin. I don't think it was until after he met Jodi that he told people in confidence that he was not "temple worthy". I think she made up these stories, either wholly, or she took events that happened later and moved them up in time. And I seriously doubt she was all virginal and reluctant when they happened.

For what it's worth, they seem to have softened their stance on caffeine. Coffee is frowned upon, but the ones I know drink caffeinated sodas and energy drinks like they're going out of style.

I have been trying to watch the trial the last couple days on "in session" but it seems they are always airing the trial from the day before. It never seems to be live. I haven't been able to watch online, so I am thankful for the recaps here. :)

Yep Coffee and tea are still not allowed. Most mormons I know still avoid Coke like it has actual cocaine in it. But will drink most any other soda whether or not it has caffeine. Some are still very strict and wont drink ANYTHING with caffeine.
