Just realized...

Jodi was aggressive sexually and ALL over Ryan without hesitation - The FIRST day she met him in person (ever!) AND the day RIGHT after she killed Travis!!

So, how can anyone buy that she wasn't comfortable being sexual with Travis after a week of hanging out multiple times and talking daily.

I hope Martinez NAILS this factor into the jury's mind!!!

Not only that, Martinez originally drilled it home that Jodi was all over Ryan that first day and that Ryan was surprised.. not only at her aggressiveness and strength but also that she had been talking about her relationship with Travis and that she wanted to get back into her Mormonism.

That day NG and Dr. Drew both had people in the court room who said that the jurors were taking notes. They have been saying the last two days that the jurors seem bored and are NOT taking notes.

I really think the defense is failing. There is no way anyone can believe that Jodi wasn't loving her bed hopping. You have a very valid point! I also think she would have continued her sexcapades with anyone she met with a higher financial/social status than Travis. If only he could have passed her on up the ladder, alas.

the guy who assumed daft punk was porn? did that really happen? no one thought to actually look at the youtube videos to be sure it was porn before presenting it to the jury as such? because that's unbelievably stupid, if that's the case.

I can't tell when they were posted (I 'm on a mobile device if that makes any difference) but all the comments on the photos are from May, and people usually comment right after a pic is posted (can't find the dog pic tho). That's certainly not solid evidence, but something that I noticed.

I was looking at some photos on my iPad and noticed the comment dates in May 2008 too.

I'm pretty sure one of the first things she said on Monday morning was that the state's objection was sustained. I think the objection was in regards to the peen pics from Thurs.

I honestly do not believe that he never looked up the video. I think he looked it up, and saw that it wasn't porn. The defense just wanted him to say the title of the video knowing it would sound salacious.

The video I found only had the judge saying the def has place an objection and I listened 2 times on reply, she never said a ruling.
Dork was a bafoon all the way through but, to be fair, he may not have looked at every link out of thousands, Probably did, but ... I'll give him the benefit of doubt because ..
the trickery is up to the def atty, she knew exactly what those links were.
I was glad too that Beth gave the jurors reactions. When killer giggles did that, the first thing I did was check twitter to see if anyone noted how the jury reacted. That's usually a good place for things like that.

The jurors are in two rows of nine. I see two men and two women in the front row take notes periodically. Otherwise, jurors are fixed on Arias. At one point Arias smiled widely when she tripped over her words "entertaining training." From what I could see, no jurors returned the smile
