1. On Jodi's myspace in a group she labeled FEB 29 2008 3 months earlier! is exactly one of those pics with a girlfriend.
2. With the dog pic, that is in a different group on myspace, but again FEB

I really think Martinez or someone with the prosecution should be able to pick up on that deception - if thats the defenses attempt at discrediting a pre-meditation element. Fail.

Jodi was aggressive sexually and ALL over Ryan without hesitation - The FIRST day she met him in person (ever!) AND the day RIGHT after she killed Travis!!

So, how can anyone buy that she wasn't comfortable being sexual with Travis after a week of hanging out multiple times and talking daily.

I hope Martinez NAILS this factor into the jury's mind!!!

Since the jury asked a question regarding time manipulation, I think Juan needs to cement this better. When the def atty was presenting to the court arguments to enter them, Juan didn't seem to know to present they weren't from MAY. I just hope he is made aware so he can slam the bitch with it in his rebuttal.

RE: the photos... I can't tell when they were posted (I 'm on a mobile device if that makes any difference) but all the comments on the photos are from May, and people usually comment right after a pic is posted (can't find the dog pic tho). That's certainly not solid evidence, but something that I noticed.
