Long break in judge's chambers.

Def is still up and Jodi's on the stand. OG wanted another child, but they never actively tried to get pregnant. Def. wants to know what her plans were for the house. Jodi said they planned to flip. She was still in love with OG. Jodi wanted to marry OG. They got sucked into the balloon mortgage payments. Jodi was working 2 jobs. Jodi's 1/2 would have been 1400. Jodi wouldn't have made enough money b/c she was living paycheck to paycheck. Jodi started paying the mortgage with her credit cards. Nov 2006 was Jodi's last full payment on the mortgage.
Going to fall 2006- Jodi still loved OG. Jodi was rethinking her life and her goals. Her wanted marriage and kids. She wanted to take pictures. Her spiritual goals- open minded about religion. Pizza kitchen mgr mentioned to Jodi that he was going to retire and told Jodi about PPL. He gave her a bunch of information about PPL. 6 mths later she came across the DVD of PPL and played it. She liked what she saw and she called the pizza mgr and he referred her to somebody else. Michelle finally called her back about PPL. Jodi bought the product. She met up with Michelle.
Jodi took all the stuff home that Michelle gave her and it collected dust, basically. Convention in Sept. Jodi bought the ticket. The 10-12 grand that Jodi had in the bank was long gone. They were struggling to pay bills. (she almost started to run on with the story) MGM Grand. Jodi car pooled with Michelle. Jodi was not active in the company other than buying the membership. Jodi did not know anybody else at the convention.

Arrived. Checked in. Lots of people. Relaxed, got lunch, shared rooms with Michelle and the other two ladies. Jodi didn't know what to expect being there. 5 days. Jodi was on Team Renew.
Jodi didn't bring her bathing suit. She felt strange. Jodi was meeting people. She met Travis? Yes. on Wed night in the Rainforest Cafe. Michelle introduces her to Travis. Travis was walking towards Jodi. Jodi shook his hand. Travis walked around with them. He was also on Team Renew. He walked next to Jodi. they took pictures by the lion. They were talking, talking, talking. Jodi doesn't remember how they parted that night.

Next speak to Travis- Applebees. Travis called Michelle. Travis wanted Jodi to go to the banquet with him. Jodi didn't even know what the executive banquet was. Jodi turned him down. She didn't have a dress. She attended though. (oh really) They went to Kohl's, but nothing was working. Travis called her (state yelled hearsay) Jodi did not buy the dress. She got the dress from Travis' friend. Did you find it strange that Travis was asking her to the banquet? I didn't think it was really strange. The whole week was strange.
Travis and Jodi went to party. Jodi was wearing Sky Hughes' dress. Jodi had never met her. Jodi didn't know Chris. Jodi said banquet was nice. She was use to be around that kind of dining. (uh oh, now she's selling PPL on the stand) Jodi was getting turned on by the sucessful people around her. Travis encourged her to become involved with PPL. (jodi knew what the rings meant) Travis did not have his ring. He made close to 80,000 (but state objected) Travis had tickets to the banquet. He had a certain level of production in the company. Travis did not give a speech at this banquet. (I don't know why income levels are important) Jodi heard rich people talking and she wanted to be rich too. These rich people didn't struggle. (I want to be rich) After the banquest, did you and travis stay together? a long story about taking pictures. Did you feel Travis was romancing you? No, just bragging about his income. She is now talking about what her and Travis talked about. UFC, Steve Young, 49ers, and where he was from. He didn't talk about the church. (we are going to be here forever)

Travis text her if she wanted to sit by him.. there was a seat opened. Of course she went down there. (she just laughs in court) Jodi took pictures. She did not have lunch with Travis. She returned to sit by Travis after lunch. She spent the rest of the days sitting with him. Jodi doesn't remember Friday night. Jodi knew Travis liked him by Sat. Jodi was still with OG. Travis was aware of OG. Now Jodi is explaining how she knows Travis liked her. Texting her. saying nice things. Jodi pulled him to the side to tell him she had a boyfriend. She had dinner with him. They went for a walk. 1am in the morning. (a bunch of BS) They decided to be friends and talked for hours. travis had some advice and told Jodi not to settle. They talked about church. Mormon. Now she's talking about making fun of mormon's and southpark. His faith didn't bother her. Travis tried to kiss her (maybe) on the elevator. (state is rapid firing-beyond scope of questioning, when Jodi goes to reply/ LOL) Travis got within 4 inches of her face (objection from state) Jodi did not kiss him. Travis put his arm around her when he walked her back to her hotel around. (state is going crazy) Did he attempt to invite himself in your motel? NO. This is not the last time Jodi sees him. She sees him Sunday morning. (beyond scope state says when Jodi starts going off) Jodi had breakfast with him. The friends she rode with-Jodi didn't know where they were. Jodi stayed with Travis until he left. Travis said he would call her. They hugged. Travis got in the taxi. Jodi was still living with OG

Back to the good old life with OG. Travis started to call Jodi. Jodi was not having sex with OG after she came back from the convention. She broke up with OG on Thursday of that week after she came back from convention. Oh, she went out with Travis and his friends on Weds night. She was developing "seeds of interest" for Travis (after 4 days) Now Nurmi wants to know Jodi's vision of the future. She wants kids, she wants to be rich, she wants to get married, and she wanted to be successful. (OG was a drag) She loved OG, BUT....... Now she's selling PPL again in court. Jodi was still working other jobs. How much did you make in a year with PPL? One mth she made 1300 and one mth 1000.
OG and Jodi talked and she wanted to end things. This was right after she was invited for a weekend with Travis, but prior to going.

Weekend-CA. Trip with Travis. They stayed with Chris and Sky Hughes. Jodi felt shy. They were having a party. A multi purpose party. Jodi was just a party guest. Travis was late to the party. He showed up after almost everybody left. Jodi has not kissed Travis yet. She first kissed him that night when he came in her bedroom after everybody went to bed. She talked to Travis everynight on her cell phone.They talked about a lot of things. travis would make fun of OG's age. Called him "grandpa" (LOL) She brushed OG aside for Travis b/c she didn't want to feel guilty.
