As annoying as it is, Jodi's rambling and EXACT DETAIL recollection is going to bite her in the buttocks. I can just imagine Martinez asking Jodi a question...she will NEVER be able to claim that she doesn't remember. Not after she has bored us all for hours and hours with her SUPREME memory.

Martinez has got to see this as a win, win, win. First, she bores the crap out of the jury. Second, she shares really strange details that show how cray cray she really is. Third, she will not be able to claim memory problems on cross examination.

The state's version made no sense, the time span and the camera. Do not tell me that she took on a man of 200 pounds with a knife while holding the camera. Here is my self defense version for Jodi. She dropped the camera, he lunged at her and her head hit on the wall. His attention turned to the camera and picked up it while Jodi ran through the closet or further to bedroom (the location of the knife). He chased her down while screaming nasty name and threat. She told him back up and let her go. Little Jodi with a knife in hand further enraged him and he tackled her down to the floor. The fight started around bedroom door and ended in less than one minute. The camera, brought there by him, took those unintended photos during the fight. Self defense, 100% and free Jodi.

That is erroneous!!! I used a big word! I'm Jodi Anyway, due to the times on the pictures, there is no way a "tag you're it" fight could of happened in his bedroom. TA was in a sitting position in the shower and then two/three minutes later seen being dragged by psycho hoes beast, bleeding to death if not already dead since it looked like the blood came from the neck wound in the dragging picture. These people don't know what the hell they are talking about. There is evidence showing he was in the shower in a sitting position and still in the bathroom a few minutes later being dragged. Someones been drinking the juice again.

Considering how, when asked if she killed Travis, she gave a jilted answer and said the "simple answer" is self-defense, as opposed to rambling incessantly about her life the last 2 days, hell no will she be forthcoming with the murder details. When they get to that, it's gonna shut her up good.
