I was sooooo excited when I got home and saw the trial on HLN last night (we don't get TruTV here), but it was a TOTAL snooze fest which was disappointing. I have my DVR set up today, hopefully something good happens.

Question for you guys. Has the prosecution called all their witnesses? I'm watching In Session and she brought up Matt, was wondering if he would get called to the stand. Dude said he would lie for Jodi.

Watch her eyes as she talks and looks at the jurors. I'm pretty sure she is going back and forth and staring at 2 of them in the jury box. She looks head on to her left and does most of her talking that direction, then her eyes move to the right.

Which eye? I have to go get ready to leave, thanks for your updates, now I don't have to watch yesterdays testimony. InSession is playing large chunks of it anyway. I was hoping she would get on the stand, I wonder how long fat guy spent trying to talk her narcissistic self out of it.

Yeah, she is looking at the defense atty when he is asking questions, then turning to the jury to answer them. This is how experts are trained to testify at trial, but seeing a defendant do it is totally weird. She also watched them as they left the courtroom like a spider watching it's prey. It was ceeeeeeepy

She seems to watch the jury while they walk in or out, I think she's trying to make eye contact with whoever she can. It is TOTALLY creepy.

The prosecution has rested it's case, so they have called all of their witnesses. They can call some rebuttal witnesses after the defense presents their case, I believe. I'm not sure exactly what the rules are, but I think these witnesses can only be called to dispute some of the things presented in the defense's case, not just anybody (I could be wrong about that though, not sure).
