I think a lot of us in that age bracket had similar experiences. If the people on the jury are in the same age bracket, they will think similarly.

This is not to say that I think it's ok to discipline kids that way, but it was fairly normal back in the day, and most of us have never murdered anyone. In other words, IT'S NO EXCUSE. I think the jury should see that too. Everyone I have talked to about it has scoffed at the very idea.

You nailed this completely. Everyone in Jodi's life was at fault. They beat her, they didn't treat her right, they abused her, they cheated on her... it's all everyone else. It's certainly not her. She is the most pathetic person I have ever seen. I would NOT have liked her if I had met her. It's sad that Travis didn't see her the way we do.

I don't know how his family hasn't jumped over the prosecution's table and ripped her damn head off. I read that Tanisha is now a Mormon and maybe that is helping her deal with this trial. I feel so very bad for them having to sit there and listen to the venom coming out of Jodi's mouth.

I can't wait for Martinez to pounce and tear Jodi a new hole.. then she can be a 4 hole wonder.

What's funny is the end of that sentence out of her mouth during that Inside Edition interview was "because I'm innocent". I hope Martinez points that out, the suicide excuse is complete bull.

I dont see JM getting a crack at her till next week .....fat bastard is going to ask her about every facet of her life to try and spare her life ...the defense knows they are fucked so now just do anything to pull the death penalty off the table ...the stories that she will be telling about her and TA are going to take a day or two AT LEAST ...and we will have to hear all about where they went , what they ate , what Travis was wearing , and all sorts of bullshit that has nothing to do with TA being killed at her hand. I want to take a count and see how many times he has to tell her to keep her answers down to just yes or no. lol
