So far, the only thing that has been proven by the def. this morning is that Jodi had porn on her computer.

Im not sure about the picture of her IN the shirt. The picture they showed today was just a picture of the shirt and Granny Panties that said Travis' on them. It looked like they were laying on the floor or something. Kind of a weird picture to take a month after your ex boyfriend was brutally murdered by you.

Wait, do we know that about the picture of her WEARING the shirt?? That's the huge question going through my mind right now. I know that the one of the shirt and the underwear alone were taken after, but what about the one where she is wearing it – the one they showed in opening arguments. Now, if that one is AFTER his death, than there is NO proof that HE made that for her or ever made her wear it. Oh how I would LOVE to have JM go after them on that.

Either that or she did a bad self dye job and after she killed him, she went and got it re-done.

And I have to wonder what he had to gain from it. Plus, if I remember correctly, when they did the photo line up he volunteered that information. Selected her picture and said, "but her hair was blonde." Why would he have volunteered that back then? He doesn't have any motive or reason to lie from my perspective...

ANYONE can go to Michael's and buy letter stickers and just stick on clothing and I am most positive, this crazy obsessed nut case made them herself regardless of when she took the pictures. It's so obvious it's comical really.

I've always heard it's hard to go from dark to light or light to dark in hair colors. IDK. Seems if she real light blonde hair (almost white), it would be hard to just put some dark brown on it. Wouldn't it really require some type of professional to do that b/c your hair was processed with bleach before hand???? I had a friend do it once and her hair turned an awful color.
