There are two drives. Travis' laptop wasn't the damaged drive, his laptop was working. It's the other drive that had "bad sectors" on it.

Yes they did seem intentional to me...they looked like very controlled and intentional cuts. It was just something I noticed out of all the injuries on his back those stood out to me.

In Arizona, an expert witness isn't supposed to be allowed in the court room infiltrate they've testified. That goes for law enforcement. M.E., crime tech etc. of course, neither side is above reporting back to someone that is testifying for their side. Sad but true.
