I don't think Travis knew about half of the shower pics when she was taking them. I think he did catch her and told her to knock it off and that is where it could have started to escalate. Jodi wasn't a bad photographer, I can't see her purposely taking such bad pics.

Travis and Jodi were toxic to each other. I think that Travis might have led Jodi on a bit, by continuing to sleep with her. She used sex in order to get what she wanted, which was Travis' undying (no pun intended) attention. When she was finally desperate enough she made the decision to see if he was going to choose to have her, or if not, nobody would. She was on the wire with his Cancun trip coming up. That killed her. Mexico and an area not too far from Cancun is in the "1000 Places to See Before You Die" book that her and Travis read and were already visiting those destinations.

I think that when she didn't get the hint and probably stalker called him or harassed him of FB, he had to be harsh with her because he, like anyone would be annoyed. I've said some pretty mean things when I am annoyed or mad. I would hate to have those words used against my character in the case that something would happen to me. I think he had an unstable home life in his formative years and then was sucked into the Mormon religion which further stunts young adults from seeking out normal sexual experimentation. He deviated from it, but damn, he was 30 years old. His peers were already married off and he was the "old man" in the ward. Getting married at 20 years old helps those kids get their "feelings" out. Being celibate all though your 20's into your 30's? No thanks. It's bad enough they can't drink, smoke or swear.

I couldn't imagine having a house with someone for 5 years, getting to know their child from when they were a baby and just taking off and washing my hands of them like I never knew them. She's a pretty girl who always got what she wanted and Travis offended her and everything she thinks and has known by rejecting her.

I have one sister I am really close with. I love her to pieces. She would never do this...if she did I would expect her to own up. I have another sister who makes really bad personal choices...she and I almost never talk and are not closeat all. I don't need to have her craziness and bad choices in my life and in my immediate family's life. I still love her, but don't know if I could if she did what Jodi did.

Well she could've been playing around and trying things. I often don't like the brightness of pictures taken inside with flash. They don't have the warm look that I do get without a flash. I am often switching between flash and no flash just to see what I like better. Not that I know a lot about photography, I just play around with a dslr camera, just saying that it doesn't strike me as odd.

Also, is some of her photography online somewhere? How good was she actually? did she study it or did she buy a camera one day and just started shooting. A lot of people have professional or semi professional cameras these days and a lot of people claim they are photographers.

Thanks. That's what I thought. That's why I don't think it's weird that the shower pics are bad. Her having her camera with her all the time and taking a lot of pictures doesn't make her good. I do the same, I don't think I'm good. I go somewhere and take hundreds of pictures and when I come home there is maybe one picture that I really like and that's how the shower pics look to me. Her trying out different things and angles to get a good picture.

I'm still on the fence about the darker pics. I really can't say if he was aware she was taking them. But I still think the first pictures, where the wall behind him is white, are taken with a flash and I don't see how he could've missed that.

Having said that, I strongly feel that he posed for the shower pics. That the pictures were crappy can be explained many ways. She might just take crappy photos.

What I think is this...she was so hyped on adrenaline knowing what was coming next she couldn't focus on actually getting great shots. I think this because I believe that she premeditated the murder. She lured him into the vulnerable position of being naked and wet in the shower to make it easier to get the jump on him. If you look at all the shower pics, you will notice that they are taken from different angles. Some are straight on, some appear to be taken below and above the subject. Some seen to be taken more to the left and some more to the right. I don't think all these angles can be had from a sneaky position around the corner or whatnot.

But, again...doesn't really affect the case either way.

Look at it. You can see his legs, and I also think you can't hold your hand that way if it wasn't upside down. Because of the upside down thing, it looks like this penis isn't hard. If that's the case, it can't be TA's penis. His one was pretty small compared to this one. And I also think it looks like an African American guy. TA was really pale. Bad lighting, maybe. Some people are truly innocent and deserve a day in court. But others.... Its so damn obvious they are guilty--- but you still have to give them your best. Could you do it? WOULD you?

I've actuallly thought about it many times...it's not a pleasant thought but in reality someone has to have the guts and brains to do it.
