i hate to be the wait and see guy, but perhaps they have a plan and when all is said and done, you lay it out and all signs point to yes? this is the reason jurors are asked to refrain from analyzing the evidence and forming a decision until the closing arguments are made.

There is no reason to bring a child into it. I hope that's not true.

My thoughts on this are that they were playing and he thought the pics would be erased (which they were) afterwards and no one would ever see them. It was just part of the whole sexual act and playing around sexually. I think a lot of people would do such things in the moment...with the knowledge that the pics would be erased and are just for the eyes of the two involved.

Ugh. I hate how it's most likely people from Facebook calling her daughter that, which is foul. People who didn't know Travis and are representing his family and friends as dicks.

to clarify what i mean... no self respecting photographer would have taken photos THAT bad if they were in a situation where they could put even the smallest amount of thought into taking the pictures. if they both knew the photos were being taken, they would have been framed up, clear and lit, or any combination of those things. example: if she wanted the photos to look unfocused and oddly lit, she would have framed her subject better.

at the very least, some of the pictures taken in the middle of the series would have come out good, not just the first and last. they all look like accidents to me.

idk if i could stand behind my sister if she committed such a heinous act - past hoping she gets psychological help in prison and i am sure they are living in their own hell tight now - but as far as though nut bags from that state vs jodi fb page going after her family and children - thats just disgusting - they should be stopped - and i bet travis is spinning in his grave seeing what they post and should be shut down for terrorist threats

Yeah you have point there. Guess we'll just have to wait and see what else they got. My knowledge of american law and trials is next to nothing, I didnt know the jurors are asked to do that. How do you not think about what you've been listening to all day and form an opinion about it.

I'm with you on your opinion about the defense. The female attorney is annoying as hell and she does come across as very inexperienced. Her apologizing laughter when she is questioning a witness just makes me want to punch her.

Well she could've been playing around and trying things. I often don't like the brightness of pictures taken inside with flash. They don't have the warm look that I do get without a flash. I am often switching between flash and no flash just to see what I like better. Not that I know a lot about photography, I just play around with a dslr camera, just saying that it doesn't strike me as odd.

Also, is some of her photography online somewhere? How good was she actually? did she study it or did she buy a camera one day and just started shooting. A lot of people have professional or semi professional cameras these days and a lot of people claim they are photographers.

I didn't find her photography to be very impressive, personally. She wasn't good enough to make a living at it, for sure. And I'm not just saying that to be snarky.

Honestly, I can't imagine my sister doing anything that she could be arrested for, so if she was arrested, I'd stand behind her because I'd know she wasn't guilty. My brother on the other hand... is a different story. If he was arrested for murder and it seemed obvious he was guilty, I'd want him to admit his guilt. I doubt he would, so I would not be able to stand behind him. But I think Jodi's family probably believes her, so that is why they stand behind her.

I don't think she studied photography in a school setting. She was not a professional photographer in that she did not work as a photographer and get paid for it. Her artwork is student quality of the high school level, and I have seen better high school level artwork. She has potential, that's about it.

i think i realized that after. i definitely believe the sexy time photos were posed and known to both, although i don't think travis seemed too please with her taking photos of his junk. all the photos were of her except for 2. one looks like he didn't really realize the photo was being taken and the next one he's covering his junk.

i also wonder about the photos of her... cameras do have a self timer. i could even go so far as to say i wouldn't be surprised if she took every last photo of herself, butt hole and all with the self timer. maybe while he was cleaning up after sex?
