i have to rewatch - but the computer guy described 2 hard drives - the first from travis' laptop where the youtube vids were from, then he said he had an external hard drive that was damaged, and thats where the peen pics were from, but b4 they could explain where that drive was from, they showed the pics - martinez objected because there weren't entered into evidence yet, then side bar then recess, so we don't know anything for sure

I'm speculating it's Jodi's hard drive. A picture of Travis Alexander's peen on that hard drive could be construed as meaningful if it is proven to be sent early in their relationship. It could mean that Travis initiated the sexual relationship, although that does not in any way support a justification defense for murder. All it does is further muddy up the victim. Martinez is sharp. He may have forced the defense to enter Jodi's hard drive as evidence. Now he can then come back in rebuttal and use the defense's own witness to prove stalking, premeditation, or Lord knows what else. That would be powerful.

The dots haven't been connected on this. We don't know that the pic of the peen was sent to Jodi Arias or anyone else for that matter. All we know is that a destroyed external hard drive had a pic of a penis. We don't even know that the hard drive was found in the possession of Travis Alexander. What we know is that the witness received a destroyed external hard drive from the Mesa Police Department, and that the hard drive contained a picture of a penis. This might have been Jodi Arias' hard drive. We just don't know.

If it was Jodi Arias' hard drive, its contents are untrustworthy:
This woman made a fake diary to throw off police.
She staged more than one crime scene.
She pre-arranged alibis.
She forged documents purportedly from Travis Alexander.

How do we know she didn't use her photography "skills" to manufacture any pic she wanted to be "found?"

It probably was Jodi's hard drive. She attempted to destroy it before she was arrested. If this witness is a better tech than the police's tech, he may have in his possession the holy grail mother lode of batshit insanity.
Considering that it took the police months to figure out how to get text messages out of a phone, it's plausible.

You're right, we don't know yet, but I just don't see the defense entering this information into evidence unless it is tied to Travis. They certainly aren't going to enter some random dick picture into evidence that came from Jodi's computer because I don't think it would be very wise to corroborate the Jodi was a tramp assertion. There's probably a lot that's going to come to light that shocks us. At first based on little stuff I read Travis was an asshole, then I decided maybe he wasn't so bad. Now that more and more has come out I am back to 'he was a fucking tool asshole' opinion. He manipulated Jodi, he lied to Jodi, he was a hypocrite, he was an arrogant dick and if we are to go by the actual definition of deviant then he is one. Now, do I think Travis deserved to be murdered? Absolutely not. What she did was atrocious and she should pay, but I'm not going to defend his behavior just because he's dead. And I don't feel bad that his shit is being laid out for all eyes to see. If you're ashamed of something, don't fucking do it. Who I do feel sorry for are Travis' family. I can't even imagine what they're going through having to see all of this.

The computer guy said he wasn't able to get times and dates off some of the stuff in the drive. There's no telling when those penis pictures were taken and no telling who's penis it is.
The only thing that comes to my mind, maybe Jodi and Travis were sending nudes back and forth to each other during their sex talks. That's not uncommon in this day and age.
It's to bad Travis didn't know about "snap chat" back then. (I think that's what it is called) You send pictures and they self delete in 3 seconds.

Well I had a Jodi Arias dream last night
I dreamed my boyfriend brought me a brochure for fish tank products (I have a few fish tanks). But for some reason they were using Jodi to advertise these products. Pictures from her myspace of her I think. I remember the wording was like "Jodi Arias likes these.... blah blah blah". I remember getting upset and saying "They're using a convicted killer to advertise this?" Then I must have remembered she's not convicted yet so I said something like "well she's not convicted yet, but I don't want to look at this" and threw down the brochure.

Knowing how the internet works, it's not surprise that people would grab a copy for themselves. I do it occasionally too from real estate sites. But I guess the rude part is the rule that's always in my mind to not swipe a photo with a watermark. at least try asking first or something. I hate seeing my photos on other sites. which, I guess from how popular this thread is, I have been seeing out there too. My screen shots were popping up everywhere too.

The testimony in Arias' trial for killing Alexander in 2008 was intended to bolster the defense's argument that she killed him in self defense, that Alexander was a sexual deviant who treated Arias as his "dirty little secret."

She was obviously ok with it. She was safe and comfy at home and drove how far that morning so that she could be "his dirty little secret"?!

I absolutely fucking despise the fact that this has become the trial trying the victim. This needs to get turned around and focus on the fact that JODI was the abuser, plain and simple. SHE slashed tires, SHE showed up uninvited, SHE stabbed him, slit his throat and shot him. It's really starting to wearing on me how much is focusing on the fact that Travis had sex! I mean for fuck's sake, who hasn't taken nudey pictures??? How many of us were virgins until we got married?? I get that his religion frowned upon it, but good criminey, the status of his mormonism is not what's on trial here. I really hope the prosecution has one hell of a closing argument to remind everyone why we're here. NOT to try TA, but Jodi.

All this makes me despise Jodi more than ever that she's dragging his name though the mud after she slaughtered him. I'll honestly be happy when this is all over and poor Travis can just rest in peace and his family can move on from this nightmare.
