His fingernails were kind of small. Unless that was because his fingers looked all pointy because of the decomp. I could see those being his nails, the ones in the pic look like they are kind of pointy. Or have pointy potential or something.

I'm not sure what his testimony was because I didn't see it today or yesterday, so I don't know. Maybe he didn't pull the metadata. And sometimes the metadata is stripped.

A lot of the metadata can be altered too. I know you can change the date on the meta data. (I did it for a photography class once. Got lazy and just turned in an old picture) I'm betting that someone with mad computer skills could figure out that it had been changed. I know if you edit them in photoshop it strips the metadata too.

The one with the fingers looks like a semi-hard uncircumcised peen. The head isn't completely out of the extra skin. In the countertop/carpet one it looks harder and the head is all the way out...plus there's the discolored part under the head where the extra skin is stretched out when it's hard. As usual, I didn't get to watch most of the trial. I object to Sarah Palin objecting to Travis being called a victim! Travis is not on trial, his spiritual beliefs are not on trial, the defense is victimizing him all over again! I'm sick of it!

Travis lived a painful life. Now they are trying to strip him of his dignity and his legacy. I think Travis was a jerk to women, that doesn't mean he deserves any of this. I sure as hell know his family doesn't deserve this.
Am I right in thinking Travis was first raised by the meth addicted parents, and then by his grandmother? I don't intend to condone his treatment of woman by any means, but, he hasn't been proven to have really done anything that most obnoxious guys in their 20's have done to most of their girlfriends repeatedly.
I also fully believe that really good men usually have some type of really good man involved in their raising. They learn to be good man by example. Maybe Travis didn't have that male role model.
Not to mention, it sounds like he was dating all the virginal religious women, so how could he possibly truly know how it feels to be cheated on to make him realize how much it was hurting Jodi? I'm sure she did some crying, but she strikes me as the clingy bitch that cries so often men don't even pay attention anymore. Makes them seem cold when they probably aren't. It's just the 1000th time they've seen the crocodile tears and it doesn't phase them anymore.
I guess what I am trying to say is I don't think Travis was really that bad of a person at all. He was still learning who he was and how to be. Worst thing I have heard so far is that he lied about being a virgin. He didn't sleep with a bunch of women. He slept with 1 woman and it probably truly bothered him inside. (which is probably his main reason to get away and her personality just helped him make up his mind)
