It's just ridiculous. Some dudes like pig tails, braids, pony tails, ect...who gives a shit?? it means nothing. Even if he WAS a pedophile the fact of the matter is whether or not he attacked her before she killed him. Or if she felt her life was in danger. Everything else is just used to confuse the jury. It's pissing me off.

Probably. I don't see why they'd need a snack break when they've been sitting in the juror room all day long. I know we've discussed in here how jury duty is different in AZ than when I had it, but when we were just sitting on our butts in the hallway, we would always get up and wander around to get a soda or coffee or a snack. It wasn't like they'd like anyone in the courtroom if one of us was AWOL anyway. Not to mention, we had to file in in numerical order, and that took an easy 15 mins to get a bunch of adults assembled. It was like rocket science.
I sped home AND didn't even pick up my valium refill...all for nothing! Grrrrr

This case is so frustrating! I'm not even that upset I don't get to watch it because it just seeks one big delay after another. I will however be pissed if Jodi testifies and I miss it because of dumb work!
