Based on that list, this is my perspective (from information we've heard) that was going on...

Physically hurting you in any way There is no documentation of Travis hurting Jodi. But we obviously have documentation of Jodi hurting Travis!
Possessiveness Jodi claims this went both ways, but it is obvious Jodi was trying to possess Travis only
Telling you what to do Not sure, this might have gone both ways

Listening to Desiree again on In Session...OMG. Even Joey Jackson says if that's the worst example of "abuse" they've got, they're in trouble.

Too bad for Jodi that she doesn't have someone like Joey as her lawyer, he's one of the few talking head defense lawyers I can stomach. He always has suggestions for how they should be defending her and they're right on the money. They need to have someone listening to him on In Session and taking notes on how to do their jobs.

Not that I really care two flips about Jodi...I think her attorneys are terrible. Big dude is slightly better than Sarah Palin.
Palin is all over the place. They are asking questions that are stupid and useless and not asking questions they should be. If I were looking at this case as believing Jodi (which is not how I look at it) I would already have a whole list of questions that should have been asked.

Agreed. In my opinion, she AND her brother come across as very sheltered, as often children of extremely religious families do.

In their mind, any display of anger is probably not something they had been exposed to a lot. Because they both gave me that vibe, it's likely that at least some jury members will pick up on that as well.

I hope so. Some of what Desiree and Dan were saying yesterday was sounding a little bit familiar. Just because Mormonism is very close to fundamental Christian views (although there is no hierarchy of sins!). But the way that those two have turned out is probably how my parents would have loved if I turned out. I consider myself a Christian but definitely not "religious" in that sense at all.

I totally agree. My parents RARELY, if ever, fought in front of us kids. I remember one time growing up that they were upset with each other and I thought that they were getting divorced. When I got married (my husband did not grow up in the Mormon church) we got into fights every now and then and I had no idea what to do. I thought our marriage was totally broken. I have since learned that people can fight and argue and still be in a healthy normal relationship. (I'm not saying knock-down drag out fighting but I was under the impression growing up that you didn't even raise your voice at your spouse.)
I think that they were raised the same way. I still get uncomfortable when people argue in front of me.

Now I'm not a fan of NG but I know she's not that stupid. NG DOES NOT want a mistrial in this case. She thinks Jodi is guilty as sin. Seriously?
