I don't have a smart phone, but my daughter does. She has a setting on it where it has to ask her how to connect, so she can choose wifi if there is wifi around, otherwise the bill would probably be astronomical. Just throwing that out there, don't know if you have that on your phone (we have Verizon too).

I used a lot of data during the last week of the prosecution - at that time thinking that was the best way to view the trial footage. This week I've had it on from a website on my work computer because I don't want to use any more data. My bill is going to be steep this month
Jodi's reaction when photo is shown she doesnt "cry" til maybe 20-30 seconds later. behind her hair veil of course. while she is sitting straight faced, her lawyer is already looking back to the sister's heartbreak. jodi has no soul.
Watching the link to todays trial (thank you!) I think Jodi was really crying for once. Not because of the brutality of what she did to Travis, but because she realizes these pictures have the ability to send her to jail forever!
Lisa was a great witness, much better than I would ever be. I had to testify and my voice was trembling. She was solid. I'm not sure what the defense called her for, I'm pretty confident she didn't help their case at all. She showed Travis was a normal guy and Jodi was a stalker.
maybe this has been covered before... how you gonna have a jury of 11 men and 1 woman? does this sound strange? what would be the reasoning and advantages to this for each side?

I would think this would be more advantageous to the prosecution. There are 11 men looking at the brutality in those pictures, at least half of them have to have dated "crazy" at least once in their lives (who hasn't?), and they're probably thinking "there but by the grace of god go I...." I can't think of a defense advantage of a mostly male jury when the victim is a man.

Just back read a few pages... I wasn't able to watch today's events during work today and I left work early so I missed everything.
Man, that picture of Travis's neck. I have to hand it to Travis's family. If it were me I'd be over that wall ripping off Jodi's head and shitting down her neck after seeing that. I teared up for them watching the video of Lisa's testimony and seeing Tanishia with her head down and his other sister (Hilary? I really don't know her name, sorry.) leaving the courtroom. That poor family. I have pretty much seen all the pictures, and they are all brutal but....man.

I have empathy for them, but I seriously do not think I can have a full grasp of what this is like for them (and I do not want to know, honestly). It is probably 1000 times worse than I could possibly imagine.

i was watching dr. drew and it was mentioned that of the 11 male jurors, only 1 was looking at jodi during certain testimony... i'm not sure if they meant those were the ones on the jury or alternates. they made it sound like those were the jurors.
im going to use one of these unused programs on my computer to watch frame by frame and catch her true reactions to things down to the mili-second (is that a thing even?) every once in a while something sort of makes me think no way a woman can act out a crime like this (yes i know so sexist) but then other things make me realize this is a woman possessed with some serious mental instability.
like seeing the neck pic. I didnt even realize you could cut someone like that with just a knife. and the idea that someone would do that just because they got dumped really freaks me out and makes me want to watch her closely. for whatever signals she gives off to warn me against future psychopaths.
i loved today when they tried to prove how meek she was when she and travis fought and she just stared out the window after. i can just imagine the sick thoughts that were probably going through her mind even then.
