They came back in and were discussing available dates. Wormi Nurmi said he will have witnesses the next two days and next week and he was free Feb 13-15 (or something close to that.) He said Skye Hughes could only testify after her husband went home.
Judge said they would set the date for Feb 8th (I think.) I believe this was in regard to continuing the evidentiary hearing.

She said it was from a seatbelt, but he kept asking her about it and she finally said that Travis gave her the injuries. He isn't supposed to be a "good" witness because when asked if he would ever lie for Jodi, he answered, "yes."

I think Jodi figured out her secret weapon to use with these PPL men......anal sex. Holy cow, was there anybody at PPL that was not messing around with her or trying to? Jodi must have felt like a goddess walking around with all these men fawning after her.

It's becoming very clear to me (a possible motive) From Old Guy's testimony yesterday, you could tell that Jodi loved PPL and was hoping it would make her very rich. BUT from everybody else's testimony and statements, I am starting to believe that Jodi's reputation among her co-workers was going straight in the toilet. I don't know why, but I think the word was spreading about Jodi and her men with the company. We keep hearing these men talk, but bring on the women/wives in this company and I bet you will hear what really happened. I bet you will hear some good rumors the women/wives were saying about Jodi.

I've been wondering for a while if Jodi was trying to sleep her way up the PPL ladder (or more appropriately-- PYRAMID). She'd only need to get to a certain level and then she could rely on the people below her in the organization. As Gus said 'I make 100k a year whether I get out of bed or not'.
