Regarding Nancy Grace- I watched the little behind the scenes taping of her jail visit on azcentral.com today. She was kind of witty and seemed pretty nice. I wonder if all her yelling and obnoxious behavior is just for the cameras. If so...bad choice. She turns a lot of people against her for that.

They were going through legal documents from 2010 and Jodi had asked to plead guilty to 2nd degree. Prosecutor said, "No."

Man... I'm not sure they've proven premeditation to the jury...

My daughter is taking a forensic psychology class where they are talking about ethics. They went over some case where the prosecuting attorney involved has since admitted that they did everything they could to win the case because it was a high profile case, including getting the defendant declared competent to stand trial when he was clearly out of his mind. She said that basically, anyone who can tell the difference between a judge a a grapefruit can be declared "competent to stand trial".

Similarly, they refused to allow the defendant to cop a plea, again because it was a high profile case. So there may be something like that going on in that he doesn't want to be the one who allowed Arias to take a plea deal.

I have no idea. As a foreigner, she sounds weird and overly American

Spent some time with Gus at his motorhome. Spent 2 days and 1 night. Jodi never made any sexual advances to Gus. Travis never came to the motorhome. Travis did call Jodi. Another sidebar called. Jodi's attuide after the heated 30 minute phone call with Travis...Jodi came back in crying.

Then the def. ask him if Travis was an exc with the company. Gus says yes.
